Hola un saludo a todos🙂, nuevamente estoy con ustedes compartiendo en esta oportunidad la carta de Splinterlands VAMPIRIC BLOSSOM para este concurso en Social Media. Esta flor vampírica quise representarla con algo de colores y destellos ya que su naturaleza es exótica con una simple técnica de cómics, no aplicando un difuminado general lo cual me encantó el resultado con un fondo bastante matizado con colores saturados. Hi, greetings to all🙂, once again I am with you sharing the Splinterlands VAMPIRIC BLOSSOM letter for this contest on Social Media. I wanted to represent this vampiric flower with some colors and sparkles since its nature is exotic with a simple comics technique, not applying a general blur which I loved the result with a fairly nuanced background with saturated colors. Enjoy the process of this representation!
Etapas del dibujo/Drawing stages
Inicie en una capa el boceto utilizando una brocha tipo Plumilla de tinta Suave con la cual me sentí bastante cómoda ya que sentí una mayor soltura con su trazo. Agregué todos los detalles característicos de esta carta y seguidamente pase a aplicar una capa de los colores base para ir definiendo cada sección de esta representación. Decidí trabajar con el mismo boceto sin hacer otro delineado en limpio.
I started the sketch in one layer using a Soft Ink Pen brush with which I felt quite comfortable since I felt greater ease with its stroke. I added all the characteristic details of this letter and then went on to apply a layer of the base colors to define each section of this representation. I decided to work with the same sketch without making another clean outline.
Para esta etapa seguí aplicando los colores en una misma capa, y en la misma capa he agregado desde tonalidades más claras de los diferentes matices, hasta las tonalidades más oscuras que vendrían siendo los sombreados sin difuminar para darle la profundidad requerida. Utilizando el mismo pincel que apliqué en el boceto para aplicar el color que me resultó bastante fluido, y sin utilizar el bote. Así mismo, termine de añadir color a todo en una misma capa de color utilizando los métodos de mezcla Normal, Añadir y Multiplicar, sin aplicar difuminado.
For this stage I continued applying the colors in the same layer, and in the same layer I have added from lighter shades of the different shades, to the darker shades that would be the shading without blurring to give it the required depth. Using the same brush that I applied in the sketch to apply the color that turned out to be quite fluid, and without using the bottle. Also, finish adding color to everything on a single color layer using the Normal, Add, and Multiply blend methods, without applying a feather.
Para finalizar en una nueva capa para el fondo, agregue una variedad de colores con toques aleatorios con un pincel Rotulador Suave y también con Aerógrafo, los cuales fueron desde verdes, rosas, rojo, naranja, amarillo. Para los cuales les di un ligero difuminado para conseguir un degradado entre uno y otro color, luego con toques aleatorios aplique un pincel Acrílico Mezcla en una nueva capa con un método de mezcla Añadir y luego aplique un pincel tipo Puntillismo con el mismo método de mezcla de Añadir. Y finalmente agregue en una capa algunas hojas revoloteando y algunos detalles de pequeñas luciérnagas, aplicando también en la boca de la flor con un Pincel Purpurina Añadir un poco de iluminación dándole una expresividad bastante armoniosa a esta Flor Vampírica. Espero les haya gustado y disfrutado tanto como yo al hacee esta flor y conociendo una técnica más con trazos bastantes duros llegando a un resultado agradable y colorido.!😍😀
To finish in a new layer for the background, I added a variety of colors with random touches with a Soft Marker brush and also with Airbrush, which were from greens, pinks, red, orange, yellow. For which I gave them a slight blur to get a gradient between one color and the other, then with random touches I applied an Acrylic Blend brush on a new layer with an Add blend method and then applied a Pointillism brush with the same blend method of Add. And finally add in a layer some fluttering leaves and some details of small fireflies, also applying on the mouth of the flower with a Glitter Brush Add a bit of lighting giving a quite harmonious expressiveness to this Vampiric Flower. I hope you liked it and enjoyed making this flower as much as I did and getting to know one more technique with quite hard strokes, reaching a pleasant and colorful result.!😍😀
