OAKEN BEHEMOTH
| ¡Hola amigos! nuevamente por acá para contar le sobre otro proceso de ilustración que hice para otro concurso de @splinterlands, escogí una carta de la unidad de TIERRA llamada: "OAKEN BEHEMOTH" quise dibujar a este personaje pero hacerlo con un cuerpo humanoide y hacerlo amenazante, fuerte como se ve en la carta. | Hello friends! here again to tell you about another illustration process I did for another @splinterlands contest, I chose a card from the EARTH unit called: "OAKEN BEHEMOTH" I wanted to draw this character but do it with a humanoid body and make it threatening, strong as seen on the card. |
AND THE PROCESS BEGINS:
| Amigos siempre comienzo el proceso, dibujando el boceto con unas líneas rústicas y muy básico siendo estas algo tosca, muy sencillas para tener una nocion de lo que haré siempre hago esto es mis dibujos. | Friends, I always start the process, drawing the sketch with some rustic and very basic lines, being these somewhat rough, very simple to have a notion of what I will do, I always do this in my drawings. |
| En esta parte pinte solo la cabeza tomando como color base el marron que tiene el personaje, luego con el Pincel Aerografo y un Pincel De Seco Cepillado use colores como: amarillo, verde y un poco de morado, e use un patron de corteza para simular la madera. Pincel los colmillos con amarillo y un poco de morado y con verde un Pincel De hojas pinte la vegetación de los colmillos. | In this part I painted only the head using the character's brown color as the base color, then with the Airbrush Brush and a Brushed Dry Brush use colors like: yellow, green and a little purple, and use a bark pattern to simulate timber. Brush the fangs with yellow and a bit of purple and with a green Leaf Brush paint the vegetation on the fangs. |
| Aqui pinté todo el cuerpo usando los mismo Pinceles y Colores que mecioné antes, usé las mismas técnicas de pintado. | Here I painted the whole body using the same Brushes and Colors that I mentioned before, I used the same painting techniques. |

| Por ultimo pinte el fondo y el Arbol, lo quise hacer oscuro como si estuviese dentro de un bosque para el arbol hice lo mismo que realicé en el personaje casi siempre unsando los mismo colores, pinte la luz amarillo con un Pincel De Textura Grande, luego en otra capa Pinte de Morado duplique esta capa varias veces y aplique un Desenfoque Gaussiano para hacerlos brillar y en otra capa con el mismo tono y el Pincel Superponer hice varios brillos morados. | Finally I painted the background and the Tree, I wanted to make it dark as if it were inside a forest for the tree I did the same thing I did on the character almost always using the same colors, paint the light yellow with a Large Texture Brush, then on another layer Paint Purple duplicate this layer several times and apply a Gaussian Blur to make them glow and on another layer with the same hue and the Overlay Brush I made several purple glows. |
