Recently, I decided to participate once again in the Splinterlands art contest, and my choice of character for this occasion is the Lily Shieldpaw card. As someone who loves to draw characters with defined features, Lily Shieldpaw is a perfect choice for me.
However, this time I decided to take a twist and experiment with a different drawing style. Instead of my usual Simpsons drawing style, I took inspiration from the animated series "Scandalous". The characters in this series remind me a lot of the characters in this letter, and I think this style choice will add a new dimension to my interpretation of Lily Shieldpaw.
I wanted to create a version of Lily Shieldpaw that is recognizable, but also has my personal touch. I wanted to use bright, vibrant colors to make the character stand out and differentiate herself from her surroundings. I also wanted to play with different textures to give her a unique and distinctive feel.
I am thrilled to have worked on this project and submitted a fun, interesting and exciting piece for the Splinterlands art contest.

Recientemente, he decidido participar una vez mas en el concurso de arte de Splinterlands, y mi elección de personaje para esta ocasión es la carta Lily Shieldpaw. Como alguien que ama dibujar personajes con rasgos definidos, Lily Shieldpaw es una elección perfecta para mí.
Sin embargo, esta vez decidí dar un giro y experimentar con un estilo de dibujo diferente. En lugar de mi estilo habitual de dibujos de Los Simpsons, me inspiré en la serie animada "Escandalosos". Los personajes de esta serie me recuerdan mucho a los personajes de esta carta, y creo que esta elección de estilo agregará una nueva dimensión a mi interpretación de Lily Shieldpaw.
Queria crear una versión de Lily Shieldpaw que sea reconocible, pero también que tuviera mi toque personal. Queria utilizar colores brillantes y vibrantes para que el personaje destaque y se diferencie del entorno. También queria jugar con diferentes texturas para darle una sensación única y distintiva.
Estoy emocionada por haber trabajado en este proyecto y presentado una pieza divertida, interesante y emocionante para el concurso de arte de Splinterlands.

Process / Proceso
To create my digital drawing of Lily Shieldpaw for the Splinterlands art contest, I followed a creative process that started with choosing the drawing style. I decided to use the style of the "Scandalous" animated series, which reminded me a lot of the Splinterlands characters and allowed me to experiment with something new.
Once I had the style in mind, I started researching Lily Shieldpaw references to make sure my interpretation was true to the original character. Next, I started working on the initial sketch of the image, defining the composition and pose of all the characters.
Then I started working on the line art. I used a strong, sharp line technique to define the outlines of the character and the elements of the image. After that, I started adding color and shading, using bright and vibrant tones to highlight the details and bring the drawing to life.
For the final details, I added some textures that complemented the drawing style I chose and enhanced the personality of everyone. Finally, I reviewed the drawing and made final adjustments to the color and line art.
I am very happy with the final result of my digital drawing of Lily Shieldpaw for the Splinterlands art contest. I hope my unique interpretation of the character is to everyone's liking.
Para crear mi dibujo digital de Lily Shieldpaw para el concurso de arte de Splinterlands, seguí un proceso creativo que comenzó con la elección del estilo de dibujo. Decidí utilizar el estilo de la serie animada "Escandalosos", que me recordó mucho a los personajes de Splinterlands y me permitió experimentar con algo nuevo.
Una vez que tuve el estilo en mente, comencé a investigar referencias de Lily Shieldpaw para asegurarme de que mi interpretación fuera fiel al personaje original. Luego, empecé a trabajar en el boceto inicial de la imagen, definiendo la composición y la pose de todos los personajes.
Luego comencé a trabajar en el line art. Utilicé una técnica de líneas fuertes y definidas para definir los contornos del personaje y los elementos de la imagen. Después de eso, comencé a agregar color y sombreado, utilizando tonos brillantes y vibrantes para resaltar los detalles y darle vida al dibujo.

The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
