Another chaotic and glitched work
Hello friends of the Hive community, today I am going to post a work that I started some time ago but had not finished yet. I know the resolution is not very high but I really liked that image and I couldn't find it in a bigger size.
Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive, hoy voy a colgar un trabajo que empecé hace tiempo pero que no había terminado aún. Sé que la resolución no es muy alta pero me gustaba mucho esa imagen y no pude encontrarla en un tamaño mayor.
Of the whole image I will keep only a portion that interests me, the face and the cigarette, with a clear background I can work much better later.
De toda la imagen me quedo solo con una porción que es la que me interesa, la cara y el cigarrillo. Con un fondo despejado puedo trabajar luego mucho mejor.
I like to give the images a touch of canvas with the brushes I usually work with, with areas that are not completely filled and imperfections. The next step is to introduce some color, by blending different layers and filters.
Me gusta darle a las imagenes un toque de lienzo con los pinceles con los que suelo trabajar, con zonas sin rellenar del todo e imperfecciones. El siguiente paso es introducir algo de color, mediante la fusión de diferentes capas y filtros.
Another thing I usually do is to create a canvas full of stains with the colors I want the final painting to have, it is about creating a base to work with. In this case I used this base.
Otra cosa que suelo hacer es crear un lienzo lleno de manchas con los colores que quiero que tenga el cuadro final, se trata de crear una base con la que trabajar. En este caso he usado esta base.
Finally what I do is to merge all the layers and try what I like the most, I also add spots and color effects with my brushes to make it look like a canvas.
Finalmente lo que hago es fusionar todas las capas e ir probando lo que me gusta mas, tambén añado manchas y efectos de color con mis pinceles para que parezca un lienzo.
Finally I adjust the levels, saturation, contrast, add spots and the smoke effect using a PNG, the final result is this:

I have thought to animate the image, in GIF format but it loses a lot of quality, I have also created a video that looks really good, I have to investigate how to upload it and share it.
Se me ha ocurrido animar la imagen, en formato GIF pero pierde muchísima calidad, tambien he creado un video que se ve realmente bien, he de investigar la forma de poder subirlo y compartirlo.

i don´t know... improvising, i saw that you like Dawid Bowie, i´m so fan of him... for the motion must try one art that have some particles, this may be allright, for get the face static and the rest with motion; "MEOW" looks fine... / your art reminds me a bit of "Krisztian Tejfel", do you know that artist? my favourite is "Yossi Kotler" inspiration. Ok, i think "MEOW" is a great project if you like try to get motion about this.

thanks Mr Castleberry, i have a question... i wish can you help me, i have one video of my last work but is *.MOV archive and 3SPeak couldn`t charge it, do you know what format must i use? and how i can mute MOV to another extension? thanks for all :-)
I am not 100% sure. I would imagine that mp4 is the main file format. I use Any Video Converter to change the file types. Here is a link to the download. It's free and pretty easy to use. I hope this helps.
