I only use my glasses for reading (computer, phone, books) and not for general "seeing" but without them things get very blurry...Not having them, especially when I'm away travelling for work, is not acceptable. So I had to repair them and I reckon I did a pretty good job.

Yeah I'm on your same boat, I see normal even without glasses during normal life routine, I go out without for example, but for books or monitor it's better to have them or letters are a bit blurred
