Hi friends. I think it will not be news for attentive users of the telegram and Twitter that I have one of the most delicious surnames in Ukraine. My last name is BORSCH. Привіт друзі. Думаю, для уважних користувачів телеграму та твітеру не буде новиною, що я маю одне із найсмачніших прізвищ в Україні. Моє прізвище – БОРЩ. Judging by the way I, my father and relatives love this dish, my ancestors got this name for a reason. In almost every restaurant or cafe where I visit for the first time, especially when it's a simple trip, not a business meeting, I try to taste the borsch, if it is of course on their menu.
Судячи з того, як я, мій батько та рідні люблять цю страву, мої предки це прізвище отримали не спроста. Майже в кожному ресторані чи кафе, де я буваю вперше, особливо коли це простий похід, а не ділова зустріч я намагаюсь скуштувати саме борщ, якщо він звісно є в їхньому меню.
Today we decided to celebrate the first day of our vacation with my wife at lunch in one of the most prestigious restaurants in Cherkasy - "FOREST". I immediately warn that this is not advertising, although I would not refuse additional funding for writing such articles. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant, but due to various circumstances, I have not yet tasted their borscht.
Сьогоднішній перший день нашої з дружиною відпустки ми вирішили відсвяткувати за обідом в одному із найпрестижніших ресторані м. Черкаси – «ФОРЕСТ». Відразу попереджаю, що це не реклама, хоча я б не відмовився від додаткового фінансування за написання подібних статей. В цьому ресторані я був не перший раз, але через різні обставини ще не куштував їхнього борща.

Сьогодні всі зірки стояли в правильному порядку, тому я вирішив не відтягувати своє знайомство з їхнім борщем до наступного разу і замовив його собі… Думаю, вже пізно попереджати не читати це повідомлення на голодний шлунок, але далі буде ще гірше. Якщо ви голодні – негайно перестаньте читати :)
From the first spoon I realized that this borsch is the best I have ever tasted (forgive me also delicious cream borsch from Chernihiv, but borsch from "Forest" is out of competition). З першої ложки я зрозумів, що цей борщ найкращий з усіх, які я куштував (нехай пробачить мене також смачний крем борщ з Чернігова, але борщ з «Фореста» поза конкуренцією). What makes this borsch so special? This borscht really has a lot of delicious roasted veal on firewood. Also, it is very nice to eat from a more original dish in the form of a cabbage leaf, with delicious donuts drizzled with the original sauce with pieces of chili peppers in combination with fresh onions. I almost forgot, along with the borscht, next to it, in a separate container, there was sour cream, which perfectly completed all this flavor composition.
Чим же цей борщ такий особливий? В цьому борщу по справжньому багато смачно засмаженого телячого м’яса на дровах. Також, дуже приємно їсти із оригінальнішого посуду у вигляді листка капусти, із смачнючими пампушками облитими оригінальним соусом з кусочками перця чіллі у поєднанні зі свіжою цибулькою. Ледь не забув, разом з борщем, поряд, у окремій ємності знаходилась сметанка, яка прекрасно завершила всю цю смакову композицію.

Я також люблю борщ! Напевно найбільше з усіх перших страв. Борщ ніколи не проїдається! Його можна їсти три рази на день! Готую борщ скрізь, де б я не була. Чи то дома у Львові, чи в далекій Італії, чи в сусідній Польщі!
Приємно, коли є люди, які тебе розуміють.
Часто цю страву хочуть подати, як російську національну і мене аж трусить від цього. Або обзвивають борщ супом. Борщ - це борщ)))) До речі, моє дівоче прізвище Квас.
