Thank you for trying this place out. I know it's a bit unusual, keys are confusing but with a bit of experience it becomes easier. If you haven't joined yet, here's the link.
I've just learned something important: If you install Hive Keychain browser plugin before you get your account on Hiveonboard, it saves your keys in one step.
I'd still recommend storing keys someplace safe, like a password manager or printout, but this is really easy.
Some tips:
- Install Hive Keychain and use your Master or Backup password to get your keys into Keychain. You then lock that with a password you use on your machine only.
- Set up a profile image, peakd.com with Hive Keychain should make that easy.
- Look for some content, leave comments, post in Tommy Robinson's community or just look.
- If you want to introduce yourself, tag your opening post #introduceyourself and take a look at other posts on that tag.
Just remember to treat your keys with increasing care and especially the owner's key and the backup or master password.
