#ZapFic50Friday entry for prompt "book"

"Look at that beach"

After the last couple of years of not doing much due to Covid, we were all excited to be browsing holidays. We were projecting the travel websites on the big screen and had filtered the options to a few tropical locations.

"Book it", my wife said.

This is my entry for this week's #ZapFic50Friday contest to write a story with exactly 50 words. This week, the prompt is "book".

My entry this week is inspired by the current nice weather. As we come out of the winter months and the sun starts to break, as the Covid situation seems to have finally come under control, we can look forward to some nicer summer holidays. Everyone needs a break - go and "book" yours!
