I just walked into the house from work, I opened the door from the house and I had a strange feeling that something was wrong. The air is heavy as before a storm, and the silence has a strange noise that only moments before something bad is about to happen. One empty cup on the table seemed like a very bad sign, as if someone had been in the house while I was at work.
These signs are sometimes imperceptible, but my body recognizes them before my mind. The creak of the door, the smell of the air in the house, my body suddenly shivering as if it were cold, the cup left upside down on the table, although I never leave it like that. All this means that something has happened, that a turn is coming, that life will soon throw me out of balance. And as I stand there, with a cup that shouldn't be standing there, I realized that perhaps the worst sign is not in the cup, but in the feeling of being ready for the storm that may soon await me. Maybe it will be some sudden call with some sad message or some event, I will wait to see. Now is the time of uncertainty and concern...
