Good evening community.
Today's post is A #freewrite post, it has been so many months since doing one of these and I have been wanting to get back in writing and being creative so here I am with A weekend prompt from this post.
Let's begin.
Heart Break
The rain pours down on the gritty streets, the trees rattle violently to the wind and the moon glows brightly in the sky.
The young man walks along the pavement ignoring the heavy rain dampening his body, he stops for the bus but it drives past as he sighs and falls to his knees. A glowing figure emerges in the distance his eyes light up in pure joy as if it's someone he knows, the glowing figure offers her hand and the man briskly grabs as he staggers to his feet. The two embrace each other and share A deep romantic moment, as time went on the glowing figure gets brighter and brighter before vanishing.
The man falls to his knees he lays back as the clouds begin to cover the moon, the rain turns to hail as it violently smashes down on the ground and the wind blasts litter from the nearby bins all over the street. The man slowly closes his eyes.
THE END
I am so rusty and wow I don't think that was very good my former teachers would not be impressed but hey we have to learn somewhere and practice makes perfect, do come have a go yourself check out the free writes community.

Well I don't know about your old teachers hahaha but I certainly loved it.
You used such beautiful imagery to show this scene. You could feel the passion and the longing and the sadness at the end. Makes you wonder what happened to their love and why they were apart in the end.
death? divorce? distance?
I dont'know - but all i know is the heartbreak is real and tangible and written wonderfully! :)
