Correr es una actividad que nos permite fortalecer el cuerpo y disfrutar de nuestro alrededor, sin duda es una de las actividades más practicadas en el mundo entero, al correr no solo nuestro cuerpo adquiere resistencia, también experimentamos una sensación de adrenalina.

Running is an activity that allows us to strengthen the body and enjoy our surroundings, it is undoubtedly one of the most practiced activities in the world, when running not only our body acquires resistance, we also experience a feeling of adrenaline.

Desde mi punto de vista una buena corrida no exclusivamente depende de la cantidad de minutos, ni tampoco del área; una buena corrida es correr de manera adecuada y disfrutar del momento, es decir correr debe ser una actividad que se practique por gusto y pasión, esta es la única manera de sentirnos bien al practicar esta actividad.

From my point of view a good run does not depend exclusively on the number of minutes, nor the area; a good run is to run in the right way and enjoy the moment, that is to say running should be an activity that is practiced for pleasure and passion, this is the only way to feel good when practicing this activity.

Al correr le hacemos bien a nuestra salud, ya que estamos activando ciertas áreas del cuerpo, también sentimos la adrenalina y hacemos más fuertes nuestro cuerpo, correr es vida, es pasión, si percibimos esto último estaríamos teniendo una buena corrida, aunque correr parece difícil para alguien que no está acostumbrado, pero realmente correr es dar lo mejor de ti y divertirte.

Running is good for our health, because we are activating certain areas of the body, we also feel the adrenaline, and we make our body stronger, running is life, it is passion, if we perceive the latter we would be having a good run, although running seems difficult for someone who is not used to it, but really running is giving the best of you and having fun.
