A lie is a column of smoke from the factory chimney of life, tearing through the sky and polluting everything around it. Sometimes it even creates an ecological catastrophe in a person’s soul, and sometimes it doesn't.

There are factories all around us.
Not the ones with smoke and machines, but the ones that quietly manufacture lies.

A manufacturer of lies does not always look dangerous. Sometimes it looks ordinary. Sometimes it looks friendly. And that is exactly why it works.

The factories of lies are everywhere, and we must learn to recognize them, protect ourselves, and sometimes simply walk away from their owners.

At work you might see a small version of it. Someone shifts the blame for a mistake that was not yours. A story changes just enough so that responsibility disappears. The lie is small, but the production line keeps running.

In the supermarket another machine starts working. On the shelf one price stands proudly, but at the register a different number appears. Maybe it is a mistake, maybe not. But the result is the same — you pay more than you planned.

Politics might be the largest factory of lies. Every side tells its own version of the story. Each one claims to hold the truth while quietly producing narratives that fit their interests. The machines never stop.

Even at home small factories appear. A child says the homework is finished, but the notebook says otherwise. This is a factory we can still influence. With patience and attention we can teach children to shut those machines down before they grow bigger.
Sometimes the factory hides behind skill and expertise. A repairman fixing a boiler installs a used part while charging for a new one. The machine prints profit while trust disappears.

Or on the market, where second-hand clothes and goods are sold as something better than they really are. Words polish reality until it shines brighter than the truth.

Another common factory appears in everyday conversations. Someone exaggerates a story just a little to look more important, more successful, more interesting. It seems harmless, but it is still part of the same production line.
The truth is simple: we can raise our children, but changing other people is much harder. Some want to improve, but many do not.

My life often feels like a quiet battle against these factories of lies. They rarely attack openly. Instead, they appear from an ambush, at the moment when you least expect them, aiming exactly at your sensitive spot while hiding behind ordinary situations.

My weapon is recognition.
When I see a place where honesty still has a chance, I fight with calm and sincerity. But where people clearly do not want to change, the best strategy is simple: ignore the noise, protect your peace, and continue your own path.

Because sometimes the strongest victory is not destroying the factory of lies.

It is simply refusing to work in it.

I don't believe the world can eliminate lies.
But every person can decide not to become one of their workers.

Have you ever experienced a “factory of lies” in everyday life?
At work, in politics, or maybe even at home?
Write me in comments.Have a good time!
