The Door opened outward, which was really unusual because normally they opened inwards.
Branca knew that she needed to go through the door, they had said that if she went through it she would meet the New Age.
What did that even mean???
When Branca was a young woman she had been faced with all sorts of hurdles, She struggled to keep a job, and found it heard to sometimes even put food on the table.
She moved from one place to another just hoping that this time she would be able to settle and make things work.
It just wasn’t to be, every time she found a place she thought she could call home, here past would always catch up with her and she would have to move on
Usually very quickly , leaving everything she had behind.
It wasn’t ever that much because she found she could never be in one spot more than three years before it all came crashing down on her.
There was a time when she was in her 30,s when she thought things had changed and she had found herself in a place where nothing seemed to get in the way. Then one day the feeling came over her again and she found herself scurrying off hoping no one would see her leave.
About 3 weeks ago now she opened her door and there on the mat was a small envelope.
In the envelope was a business card and a note.
The note read ‘ If you want to feel safe and you want your life to change, contact the number on the card.
Branca had gotten tired of constantly living in doubt and really wanted things to change.
She rang the number. A voice on the other end of the phone knew it was her and arranged a meeting for the next day.
Branca went to the meeting, thinking that this either was it or it was the change she had been looking for.
The two men she met were very to the point and explained that they knew of a way that she could end all the doubt, a way that she could feel safe again and a way that she could feel at home.
Branca agreed and left it up to the men to organise everything, she still was not sure what the plan was but she had become tired of running.
The day before Branca had met again with the men. This time they took her to a special room, all that was in the room was a chair and another door at the other end of the room.
The men simply said, wait here, in 24 hours a bell will ring and you are to go through that door.
The Bell rang.
