Algunas veces hemos visto como por ejemplo algunas sociedades se basan en algunos criterios antiguos para tratar con todo, pues hay quienes prefieren un aristócrata para que se encargue de algunas cuantas cosas, aunque se pueda ver como la elección de este vaya de la mano de una elección hereditaria, pues, aunque si bien es cierto que para tener a una persona bien preparada para ocupar puestos que lo ameriten, no siempre por ejemplo hacer de este un puesto hereditario sea lo mejor.
Pues es algo que migra algunas veces a algunas organizaciones, en las que se coloca a posterior algunas personas que no estén del todo preparadas para cumplir la misión del puesto al cual están laborando y es cuando la organización debería evaluar esto para evitar que esto le cueste algo a la organización, pues si bien hay puestos de puestos, el traspasar puestos a personas no preparadas solo porque es el hijo o familiar de, no debe ser lo mas adecuado en un mundo tan competitivo como en el que vivimos a día de hoy.
Y esto solo debería ser factible en la medida que la persona que le siga tenga realmente lo necesario para poder suplantar el cargo del saliente, pues a veces en empresas familiares pequeñas más que nada se toma esto mas a la ligera y es como vemos perdidas que pueden llegas hasta a clausurar a la misma por no tener en cuenta dicho factor y por hacer caso omiso a este tipo de cosas, y es una pena que se dañe por así decir el esfuerzo de años solo por dejar a cargo a alguien que no tiene las maneras de hacerlo, pero es hijo del dueño o del jefe actual.
