Algunas veces podemos ver cómo hay personas que son de manera nativa unos auténticos líderes, pues a veces sin que lo puedas saber eres un líder, cuando vez que tienes ciertos aspectos que son los propios de un buen líder, ya que es muy fácil colocar a cualquiera en una posición de líder, pero si este no tiene realmente los aspectos necesarios no cumplirá realmente su función.
Puesto que es común que los “malos” líderes, simplemente están por estar y ocupar el cargo por el salario, puesto que muchas veces no cumplen con lo necesario, pues líder no es quien solamente ordena a su personal, sino quien debería cumplir en dar un buen ejemplo de la labor que hay que hacer.
Y es lo que a la larga evita que la empresa pueda surgir o mantener un buen nivel de producción adecuado, lo que a su vez genera un ambiente poco sano entre el distinto personal que labora en el grupo o en dicha organización, pues empiezan a buscarse como solventar el problema cuando el problema ya fue ocasionado por él.
Y que muchas veces el jefe está ahí por una especie de facilidad para ingresar por la amistad o el favor de algunas personas de adentro de la organización para que puedan entrar u ocupar algún cargo dentro de esta y van progresando a causa de esta facilidad o amistad dentro de la gerencia, llegando a ocupar muchas veces cargos de importancia y es el detalle que esto pase en países como los nuestros, y es en parte la razón por las que algunos servicios no tienen la calidad que deberían o hasta un estado precario.
