Algunas veces podemos ver cómo hay locales comerciales que pese a que ofrezcan algún buen producto o servicio por alguna razón no “despegan” de cierta manera y es que esto se debe muchas veces a lo que puedan ser por ejemplo su trato con el público, la ubicación del mismo y el factor que los pueda diferenciar de otros.
Puesto que por ejemplo en el caso de la comida, podemos ver que hay algunos lugares de comida o restaurantes que huelen mal, pero no necesariamente por una falta de higiene, sino que por ejemplo es común ver en calles de Venezuela cómo las aguas servidas se están desbordadas por la calle y esto es lo que genera el mal olor dentro de sus instalaciones y es esto precisamente lo que evita que estos negocios prosperen.
Ya que a quien le gusta comer en un lugar con un olor de este estilo, y es algo que pasa mucho en algunos lugares de la geografía venezolana, y con esto vemos otros negocios que por ejemplo tienen o poseen una competencia ruda en el segmento de su mercado y no crecen por una mala ubicación o simplemente porque el trato al cliente no es el mejor pese a que el producto o el servicio sí que lo sea.
Es por esto que yo siempre he pensado que quien tiene un negocio debe velar por ofrecer un buen producto, con sinceridad y honestidad, en la medida de lo posible, unos precios razonables, una buena atención al cliente y buscar innovar dentro de su nicho, puesto que la competencia es feroz y de nada vale tener todo lo anterior si por ejemplo no responden los mensajes de los clientes de manera adecuada o si simplemente dejan al abandono este aspecto o algún otro.

Sometimes we can see how there are commercial premises that despite offering a good product or service for some reason do not "take off" in a certain way and this is often due to what may be for example their dealings with the public, the location of the same and the factor that can differentiate them from others.
Since for example in the case of food, we can see that there are some places of food or badly smelling restaurants, but not necessarily by a lack of hygiene, but for example it is common to see in streets of Venezuela how the sewage is overflowing down the street and this is what generates the bad smell inside their facilities and this is precisely what prevents these businesses thrive.
Since who likes to eat in a place with a smell like this, and it is something that happens a lot in some places of the Venezuelan geography, and with this we see other businesses that for example have or have a tough competition in the segment of its market and do not grow because of a bad location or simply because the customer treatment is not the best even though the product or service is the best.
This is why I have always thought that whoever has a business should ensure that they offer a good product, with sincerity and honesty, as far as possible, reasonable prices, good customer service and seek to innovate within their niche, since competition is fierce and it is worthless to have all of the above if for example do not respond to customer messages properly or if they simply leave this aspect or some other abandoned.
