With the snout and the legs showing the flagrant proof of the crime, the golden ground squirrel looked at us with an inquisitive eye when we surprised it gaining of hers in our little garden. She was really surprised. It seems that we were the intruders. She maybe she came during our vacation and she considered the space to be hers. With this surprising encounter, we clarified the mystery of the garden that had already worried us a few days ago because the earth appeared pierced without being able to explain who did it. Surely, the squirrel is saving nuts for the winter and burying them in different holes, but close. It also clarifies the garbage can lying down and with the remains of food scattered. She knows where to look for food other than nuts. We will have to put a plate on it, as if it were our dog. It is known that squirrels are not very friendly with humans, but they get used to sharing. And this one apparently is used to it because she did not move away when she saw us. So welcome to this funny and liberal pet.
