Since @felt.buzz introduced the freewriters to a special type of ZAPFIC, I've attempted to see whether I could present a story based on his criteria. It's great practice for when he announces a future ZAPFIC50.
I based this 50-word story on @mariannewest's Freewrite prompt: "do it better".

Jenna stood watching her dad and siblings pack into the car..
"Hurry everyone. B&J's Ice Cream will close shortly," her mom ordered, then continued, "Jenna, Gymnastics class in an hour."
"I just want to have fun, mom, not win the Olympics."
Nodding she understood, Jenna signaled her dad to wait.

WEEKEND CHALLENGE!

| 2. You have only 60 hours from publication of this post to write and post your response to the prompt; | |
| 3. You must post the link to your post in the ZapFic.Club discord server's Weekend Zapfic channel. This means you must first join the ZapFic.Club discord server!. | |
| 4. The length of the story is different from a normal ZapFic (pay careful attention!). (@felt.buzz will use wordcounter.net to check each entry!). | |
| 5. You have until 5am UTC on Monday to post your Weekend ZapFic Challenge in Hive. Entries posted after this time will not be eligible for the awards, but may still get upvoted and reblogged. | |
| 6. You can post the Weekend ZapFic in any community (or to your blog); but if you post to the Freewriters Community you will be upvoted by the @Freewritehouse and the Freewriters Community Account as well as the @ZapFic.Club and @Felt.Buzz | |
