So a new neighbor packed into our street and where he lived there was no fence. Funny enough the place was like a short cut route everyone staying around there.
So when the new neighbor packed in, he decided to fence his compound and after fencing, the road was close and everyone had to look for another route , but they were all offended. So they saw the fence as a fence of offence.
