A man was accused of fraud in the local government council but despite many denies as he said that he had no knowledge of it, what could have been the fraud you all may ask?
This man's name was John he was a senior public servant in the local government council in charge for bike and public transport registration, so one day due to his greed and lust for money when people come to him to register their motorbike he will then pretend to have registered them and give them a fake number
So Mr Thomas who had just bought a new motorbike went to him to register and get a plate number to avoid being embarrassed by the police, and as usual John gave him a fake plate number and pretended to have registered Mr Thomas bike.
So Mr Thomas with a free mind that his bike had been registered and thus official and free for movement, one day Mr Thomas was going to work when he encountered a police check point then in his mind he thought that he wasn't going to be obstructed
When the police stopped him to ask for his bike papers he then presented them but the police scan through but couldn't see any match of his bike plate number, so after series of argument Mr Thomas bike was arrested and taken to the police station.
But Mr Thomas who knew his right refuses to beg for anything then he immediately invited a lawyer and the case was taken to court were finally John was invited to defend the motorbike he had registered, despite series of saying that he had registered the bike
His junior in office who was next in command came to present to the court the unique story that John had been a fraud all along that he hasn't been registering those vehicle for the people that he only collect the money then give them a fake plate number
So after hearing this John was arrested and charge with a fine, and also Mr Thomas was compensated and had his bike officially registered with a new plate number
