Una de las primeras cosas que quería cumplir lo mas pronto posible era conseguir un trabajo, no tenía algo así en específico, quería conseguir algo que me sacara de casa, aprender algo nuevo y ampliar mi currículo, gracias a Dios, he conseguido algo. Este sería mi primer trabajo después de pandemia. A finales del año que declararon la pandemia conseguí un trabajo por un año, esa fue mi primera contratación, ahora tengo la segunda, que a pesar de que no sé cuanto tiempo esté ahí, me esta gustando para aprender muchas cosas nuevas que si me hubiesen preguntado hace unos años, realmente no lo hubiera pensado.
En mi primer trabajo no tuve algo formal que digamos, si firmé un papel con ciertos compromisos que debía cumplir, pero más allá de eso no. Igualmente, en mi segundo trabajo, a pesar de que no he firmado algo seguro, por estar en un mes de prueba, el jefe actual, me comentó que seguramente me quede por el tiempo que yo quiera, al tomar la decisión solo debía notificarle con tiempo. Mi primer retiro fue caótico, tuve que renunciar para encontrar algo alusivo a mi carrera y mejorar profesionalmente, pero el trabajo no llegó, sino poco después de un año.

One of the first things I wanted to accomplish as soon as possible was to get a job, I didn't have something specific like that, I wanted to get something that would get me out of the house, learn something new and expand my resume, thank God, I got something. This would be my first job after the pandemic. At the end of the year that they declared the pandemic I got a job for a year, that was my first hire, now I have my second, which even though I don't know how long I will be there, I am enjoying learning a lot of new things that if you would have asked me a few years ago, I really wouldn't have thought about it.
In my first job I didn't have anything formal to say, I did sign a paper with certain commitments that I had to fulfill, but beyond that I didn't. I had to work for a company that I didn't know how long I would be there. Likewise, in my second job, even though I have not signed anything for sure, because I was in a month of probation, the current boss told me that I will surely stay for as long as I want, and I only had to notify him in time to make the decision. My first retirement was chaotic, I had to resign to find something related to my career and improve professionally, but the job did not come, but shortly after a year.
Los contratos nos dan una seguridad por un tiempo determinado, lo mejor es aprovechar ese tiempo para aprender nuevas cosas para cuando nos toque cambiar de empleo y dar lo mejor en cada cambio.
