Move your shadow and you'll see light
A deep background calls for a revision of the concentric vision in oneself. You cannot drag the weight of regret for the past. Cobwebs in the soul create veils that cloud the conscience and that inability to realize the things happening around you, that inability to reflect, to concentrate, can dull the thinking, making it slow...
The voice she heard came from someone undefined, it was as if she was talking to herself. An alter ego, another personality... Really, she was altered and the voice in her head did not use terms that were part of her lexicon, but, inexplicably, she understood that she had activated a self-protection resource when she hit rock bottom.
Now, all I have to do is go up, move on to whatever life has in store for me - she said to herself - I lost track of time licking my wounds. It is scary to leave the familiar life behind.
Fear is an illusion, like a crawling snake. Hit it on the head! Come on, you can do it! Faith! The abyss is another illusion, move your shadow and you'll see the light.

Mueve tu sombra y verás luz
Un fondo profundo llama a revisar la visión concéntrica en uno mismo. No se puede arrastrar el peso del arrepentimiento por el pasado. Las telarañas en el alma crean velos que obnubilan la conciencia y esa incapacidad para darse cuenta de las cosas que ocurren a tu alrededor, esa incapacidad para reflexionar, para concentrarte, puede embotar el pensamiento, haciéndolo lento...
La voz que ella oía surgía desde alguien indefinido, era como si ella hablara con ella misma. Un alter ego, otra personalidad... Realmente, estaba alterada y las voz en su cabeza no utilizaba términos que formaban parte de su léxico, pero, inexplicablemente comprendía que había activado un recurso de autoprotección al tocar fondo.
Ahora, sólo toca subir, avanzar hacia lo que sea me depare la vida - se decía a sí misma - perdí la noción del tiempo lamiendo mis heridas. Da miedo dejar atrás la vida conocida.
El miedo es una ilusión, como una culebra que se arrastra ¡Dale en la cabeza! ¡Vamos, tú puedes! ¡Fe! El abismo es otra ilusión, mueve tu sombra y verás la luz.
