A lonely heart is like a ground left unfallowed
Like Facebook in real life with not even a single follow
Buried beneath the ground deep under, hollow
You take extra precautions with everything, only the air you swallow
A lonely heart is not only for the lack of love sometimes
A heart can be lonely when it's devoid of ideas -
When you feel the weight of the world is upon your shoulder
When you have no one to turn to and you feel all alone
A lonely heart in need of a touch of magic
To make everything make sense and move from the tragic
It's a long road sometimes and it's not automatic
Lonely hearts in need of touch would exercise patience
Patience not to go back to where you started from
From the heart that once pulled away from you
Lonely hearts bereft of ideas - take a moment to heal
Allow nature to heal you and don't force things
The good things also come to us when we aren't looking - not forcing
To those who feel the weight of the world is upon their shoulders
It's okay to break down and cry but don't stay there
It's okay not to be okay and soon your lonely heart would find a home
