I think this is stil la thing on hive but not Leo. I'm pretty sure but I want to make sure so I don't miss out on any sweet Leo as I curate.

I would think since Leo is just an overlay on top of the blockchain that the same rules would apply (5 minute wait). But if voting is happening before then perhaps it is to get the Leo tokens.
As far as I see people vote immediately on LEO with their curation accounts so I assume its a free for all there
