It's travel time once again ! A one day of fun and adventure escape away from the city.For sure most you are planning for an summer escapade such as beaches, waterfall,springs,pools or even forest nature adventure.
This summer season we had visit and do a camping at Agutayan white Island near our city.This is my second time visiting here and its a 3 rides away from the City of cagayan de oro travelling by car.
My brother is a spear fisher and since they are fun of travelling to different beaches to catch fish and own a car I had a chance to come with them if I am free.
What I like with Agutayan Island is its an naked white island just like Camiguin white Island.We brought a camping tents to atleast protect from the sun.
This place is extra ordinary from the crystal clear blue water and the ravishing white sand that makes the attraction of the island a perfect spot to visit.
The summer weather is so perfect that makes the sky and cloud so calm and relaxing to watch.
My brother and his team and anglers likes to catch fish here as it is abundant of fishes to catch.We travel from the City early in the morning since we are near from Jasaan we start to travel around 9 am in the morning and arrived around 11 30 in the morning plus the boat ride that took us 40 minutes from Jasaan port going to the naked island.
If you are planning to visit Agutayan White Island here's the steps to get there :
1.From Agora bus terminal you can take a jeepney or bus going to Jampason Misamis Oriental.
2.The jeepney fare is 60 pesos and if by bus its 70 pesos.
3.Just tell the driver or conductor to stop you at Jampason Barangay Hall
4.When you arrive at Jampason there are habal2x motorcycles that will take you to the port going to Agutayan white island and the fare is 50 pesos per person.
- The boat costs 1,500 so better if you go if your a group so you could devide the boat fare.
For sure you will enjoy your summer extra ordinary vacation especially if with your friends and family.
and u gotta go naked there?? :P
