En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la primera parte de mi viaje después de la Navidad🎄, un viaje algo complejo ya que fuimos en bicicleta🚴♀️🚴♂️ luego de casi no dormir nada el día anterior😅 y beber un poco de vino🍷. Sin embargo fue un viaje sorprendente y maravilloso. Espero que lo disfruten, les mando un saludo y un abrazo.

This time I want to share with you the first part of my trip after Christmas🎄, a somewhat complex trip since we went by bicycle🚴♂️🚴♀️ after almost not sleeping nothing the day before😅 and drinking some wine🍷. This is the first part of my trip to the tasting bay, which has been one of the most demanding trips I have made due to the circumstances in which it took place;
Ya que era 25 de diciembre📆 y la noche anterior no pude dormir nada por la ansiedad al viaje, estaba emocionada, mi mente me decía debes descansar! Y a la vez me presentaba mil recuerdos o cosas con las cuales me entretenía, terminé acostandome a dormir casi a las 5 de la mañana😐😅.
(por cierto, ven la montaña de la foto anterior? Bueno esa es la montaña⛰️🔝 que se debe atravesar y subir parar llegar hacia lo que era nuestro destino final)
Since it was December 25th📆 and the night before I could not sleep anything because of the anxiety of the trip, I was excited, my mind told me you must rest! And at the same time it presented me with a thousand memories or things with which I was entertained, I ended up going to bed almost at 5 in the morning😐😅.
(by the way, do you see the mountain in the previous photo? Well that's the mountain⛰️🔝 that must be crossed and climbed to reach what was our final destination)
It was 6 thirty in the morning⛅ and my friend Yanier who was my partner in this adventure;
Me estaba esperando en la puerta de mi casa para irnos, yo aliste rápido las cosas y decidimos salir, antes de irnos de mi casa una amiga nos informa que ella estaba en la alcabala del limón🍋 (alcabala de acceso hacia la vía de Ocumare).
I was waiting at the door of my house to leave, I quickly set things up and we decided to leave, before leaving my house a friend informs us that she was in the lemon alcabala🍋 (alcabala of access to the road of Ocumare).
Where according to her and her group they were not letting the cyclists pass🚴 , when they got there;
Hablamos con ellos y los saludamos, ellos también tenían planes de ir a la playa en bicicleta, sin embargo se les veía con un gran pesimismo porque no los dejaron pasar, igualmente mi amigo Yanier y yo teníamos una reservacion en una posada🏠 y no ibamos a dejar que esto nos detuviera.
We talked to them and greeted them, they also had plans to go to the beach by bicycle, however they were seen with great pessimism because they did not let them pass, also my friend Yanier and I had a reservation in an inn🏠 and we were not going to let this stop us.
So we said goodbye to them and decided to move forward, and what do they believe? When we arrived at the alcabala the guards didn't tell us anything!😎🤯
Seguimos nuestro camino y empezamos a ascender por la montaña🔝, para luego hacer una parada para recargar agua en la toma de agua e informarle a estos amigos lo sucedido.
We continue our way and begin to ascend the mountain🔝, and then make a stop to recharge water in the water intake and inform these friends what happened.
They couldn't believe it, we came to the conclusion that he was denied access to them for being a group while we were only two✌️;
Luego nos comentaron que un compañero de ellos les iba a dar un aventon en su camioneta🚚 y efectivamente así fue porque nos pasaron por un lado en la doble cabina, mientras que nosotros pedaleabamos.
Then they told us that a colleague of theirs was going to give them a ride in his truck🚚 and indeed it was because they passed us on one side in the double cabin, while we pedaled.
They even proposed that we get on board but my friend and I think the same💭;
La parte divertida de ir a la playa en bicicleta es hacer todo el recorrido! Ya que es todo un desafío y un reto, sino nos hubiéramos ido en autobús🚌🤣.
The fun part of going to the beach by bike is doing the whole tour! Since it is a challenge and a challenge, otherwise we would have left by bus🚌🤣.
After this we continue climbing to Rancho Grande, where the summit of the mountain is near and where the long descent begins⏬ to the town of Ocumare on the coast
Allí donde me ven estaba bastante cansada por el mal dormir😴 y las copas🍷 de la noche anterior, sin contar que solo desayune una banana🍌😅, sin embargo pude seguir, mis piernas y mi mente son fuertes y ya conozco lo suficiente mi cuerpo como para realizar estas aventuras por lo que no había ningún riesgo de nada.
Wherever you see me I was quite tired from the bad sleep😴 and the drinks🍷 of the previous night, not to mention that I only had breakfast a banana🍌😅, however I could continue, my legs and my mind are strong and I already know my body enough to perform these adventures so there was no risk of anything.
In a matter of minutes we reach the summit that is a few kilometers from the biological station of Rancho Grande📍🗺️;
En la cual decidimos tomar un descanso de unos minutos, comer un poco e hidratarnos para seguir nuestro camino, en la cumbre se puede apreciar un cambio climático totalmente diferente ya que la temperatura es mucho más baja debido a la abundancia de árboles y la altura a la que se está⛰️🌳🎋, es realmente un lugar hermoso, para mí es uno de mis lugares favoritos para entrenar y despejarse la mente un rato.
In which we decided to take a break of a few minutes, eat a little and hydrate to continue our way, at the summit you can appreciate a totally different climate change since the temperature is much lower due to the abundance of trees and the height at which you are⛰️🌳🎋, it is really a beautiful place, for me it's one of my favorite places to train and clear up.
Here you can see me somewhat tired but equally excited about the road that awaited us💯;
Cabe a destacar que en ese momento tanto mi compañero como yo llevábamos dos bolsos bastante pesado (ya que llevábamos nuestras cosas y comida), por lo que la subida hasta allí fue el doble por no decir el triple de matadora🚵♀️🆙, por lo que yo les recomiendo a ustedes si van a viajar en bici🚲 y llevan equipaje lo mejor es que le pongan una parrillera en la parte de atrás o una cesta para que el peso no les moleste en la espalda.

Once we descended almost 20 kilometers from the summit we reached La trilla🗺️;
Un pueblito que está al lado del río antes del pueblo de Ocumare de la costa📍, donde hay muchas ventas de comida🍽️ y donde decidimos parar a comernos unas empanadas de Cazón (un tiburón pequeño🦈).

Y donde nos encontramos a este adorable animal😺, que claro alimente porque era un gatito de la calle;

Estas son las pequeñas cosas que uno se encuentra en los viajes y a veces no les presta atención, pero todo suma en esta vida➕🌱.
