La Estancia Park - Caracas, Venezuela
Greetings to you who read me now and I hope you are very well. Today I want to share with you some pictures of a short walk and talk a little about it💚.
Caminado por Caracas decidí pasar a ver este parque, ya que, al ser una ciudad con gran tráfico de personas, lugares como estos son necesarios para aliviar la sensación de estrés cotidiano en el que a veces nos encontramos.
Walking through Caracas I decided to stop by to see this park, since, being a city with a lot of traffic of people, places like these are necessary to relieve the feeling of daily stress in which we sometimes find ourselves.
También, creo que estos lugares donde la naturaleza juega un papel protagónico se han vuelto muchos más valorados y buscados desde que la pandemia toco a nuestra puerta, para demostrarnos lo frágiles que podemos ser ante lo inesperado y los panoramas desalentadores.
Also, I believe that these places where nature plays a leading role have become much more valued and sought after since the pandemic knocked on our door, to show us how fragile we can be in the face of the unexpected and discouraging scenarios.
Los espacios verdes que no siempre han sido bien cuidados por la sociedad, se convirtieron en un determinado tiempo en los lugares más seguros para una prudente convivencia, durante una realidad que nos obligó a vivir con nosotros mismos y, cuyo único paisaje fueron las paredes de nuestros hogares y las pantallas de nuestros celulares. Tu y yo lo vivimos.
The green spaces that have not always been well cared for by society, became at a certain time the safest places for a prudent coexistence, during a reality that forced us to live with ourselves and whose only landscape were the walls of our homes and the screens of our cell phones. You and I lived it
Por eso hoy es muy grato para mi saber que, en una ciudad llena de edificios, entre la gran urbanidad, existe este pequeño rincón de oxígeno🌳, junto a otros más que se encuentran no tan lejanos de este parque; porque nos permiten dar un respiro y una pausa a la rutina diaria.
That is why today it is very pleasing for me to know that, in a city full of buildings, among the great urbanity, there is this small corner of oxygen🌳, along with others that are not so far from this park; because they allow us to take a breath and a break from the daily routine.
Upon entering I was pleased to realize that there are efforts to keep it well cared for. Seeing the lawn without debris and the plants preserved despite the sun that does not tend to pity the first months of the year in Venezuela; which tells me that there is continuous irrigation; I could see it. Besides, it is July and a little rain wouldn't hurt these places.
El tiempo que estuve caminé un poco y observé que tiene buen espacio, no es tan pequeño. Había algunos niños jugando, personas cambiaban a los alrededores, algunos novios sentados bajo la sombra, personas que dejaban de un lado la mascarilla. Yo mientras, tomaba algunas fotos, disfrutaba de la brisa y la calma🍃♻.
The time I was there I walked around a bit and noticed that it has good space, it is not so small. There were some children playing, people changing around, some bride and groom sitting under the shade, people leaving their masks aside. I, meanwhile, took some pictures, enjoyed the breeze and the calm🍃♻.
Hoy sé que la vida es color verde intenso, y que vale la pena cuidar lo que nos dio, en su momento, cobijo emocional durante un encierro inesperado y angustiante💚.
Today I know that life is bright green, and that it is worth taking care of what gave us, at the time, emotional shelter during an unexpected and distressing confinement💚.
