A bit of caucagua- Venezuela. / Un poco de caucagua-Venezuela. [ENG/ESP].

In this post I want to share what was a little of this day and the shots I took in this area of my beloved Caucagua, this morning I had to go down to Caucagua and when I arrived at the terminal I thought it was interesting to take some shots when I saw this shoemaker so particular.

En este post les quiero compartir lo que fue un poco de este día y las tomas que realice en esta zona de mi querida caucagua, esta mañana me tocó bajar a caucagua y al llegar al terminal me pareció interesante realizar unas tomas cuando vi a este zapatero tan particular.

When I saw this cobbler cleaning and adding shoe cream to his client, I found it very curious, since it was a sports shoe and made of cloth, I said to myself what??? This is only seen in Venezuela hahahahaha. I approached them and asked them if I could take a photo of them and I loved being able to capture this, I asked them why they applied cream if they were sporty and they answered me: Girl, you have to be polished. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. What I liked the most was the shoemaker's personality, his joy, charisma and, well, the other friends who also posed for the photo.

Cuando vi a este zapatero limpiando y agregándole crema de zapato a su cliente me pareció muy curioso, ya que era un zapato deportivo y de tela, me dije que??? Esto solo se ve en Venezuela jajajajaja. Me acerqué y les pregunté si podía tomarles una foto y me encantó poder capturar esto, yo les pregunte porque le aplicaban crema si eran deportivos y ellos me respondieron: Niña es que hay que andar pulido. Jajajajajaja. Lo que más me agradó fue la personalidad del zapatero, su alegría, carisma y bueno los otros amigos que también posaron para la foto.

This terminal is small, but it has a lot of movement throughout the day. Here there are buses from the closest areas of Caucagua to the city of Caracas, it is approximately 1 hour and a half from here. Caucagua is like the central town of the Acevedo municipality, people from the smaller nearby towns meet here, since this is the main terminal in the area.

Este terminal es pequeño, pero tiene un movimiento bastante transcurrido en todo el día. Aquí se encuentran buses desde las zonas más cercanas de caucagua hasta la ciudad de Caracas, está aproximadamente a 1 hora y media de aquí. Caucagua es como el pueblo central del municipio Acevedo, aquí se encuentran las personas de los pueblos cercanos más pequeños, ya que este es el terminal principal de la zona.

Walking a little more I was able to capture the surroundings of the place and some characters, in this terminal you will find from butcher, food sales, vegetables, bakeries, among other street vendors and commercial businesses.

Caminando un poco más pude capturar las adyacencias del lugar y algunos personajes, en este terminal se encuentra desde carnicería, ventas de comidas, verduras, panaderías, entre otros vendedores ambulantes y negocios comerciales.

There are several streets, stairs for its exit, although I opted for a small climb that would lead directly to the Plaza Bolívar of the town, in this one you could see several houses already a little abandoned, taking into account that this is one of the most rural areas of Caucagua.

Hay varias calles, escaleras para su salida, aunque yo opte por una pequeña subida que daría directo a la plaza Bolívar del pueblo, en esta se veían varias casas ya un poco abandonadas, tomando en cuenta que esta es una de las zonas más rurales de Caucagua.

Arriving at Plaza Bolívar, I captured the church, the statue of Bolívar and the platform in front of it that make up Plaza Bolívar in Caucagua. It should be noted that in every city and town in Venezuela there is a Bolívar square dedicated to the liberator.

Al llegar a la plaza Bolívar capturé la iglesia, la estatua de Bolívar y la tarima que está en frente que componen la plaza Bolívar de caucagua. Cabe destacar que en cada ciudad y pueblo de Venezuela se encuentra una plaza Bolívar dedicado al libertador.

I continued on my way and I was able to capture several characters, among them several people with chickens in hand, which would be used for a very traditional boiled dish of this town.
