[ESP] Hoy los llevare a través de fotografías a uno de mis lugares favoritos de caracas. Se llama "Pozo Negro" y es un oasis. Se me hace increíble que queda tan cerca. Solo hay que subir la montaña para llegar. No es una subida demasiado difícil, aun, si no tienes entrenamiento va a ser complicado. de cualquier forma, los invito a ver un poco de este paisaje a través de las fotos que tome para ustedes!
[ENG] Today I will take you through photographs to one of my favorite places in Caracas. It's called "Pozo Negro" and it's an oasis. It's amazing to me that it's so close. You just have to climb the mountain to get there. It is not a very difficult climb, even if you do not have training it will be difficult. In any case, I invite you to see a bit of this landscape through the photos I take for you!
[ESP] Ya de entrada hay paisajes increíbles. Cuando el día te recibe con el sol en la cara las vistas son excelentes y solo eso hace que el viaje valga la pena, pero eso no es todo! Se puede ver caracas desde arriba casi en su totalidad. Desde que comienzas el camino es una subida infinita pero las vistas son increíbles. A veces es súper difícil subir cuando el sol está pegando muy fuerte eso pone a prueba la resistencia de cualquiera pero como yo hago esto todas las semanas se me hace cada vez menos difícil y siento que ya estoy un poco más adaptado a las diferentes climas que me puedo encontrar subiendo la montaña y esto es genial amo poder decir esto. Al principio la súper difícil de manera que para todos los que aman subir la montaña las recomiendo que entrenen y muy pronto podrán subir casi sin esfuerzo para solo disfrutar de los inmensos paisajes que la montaña tiene para todos nosotros.
[ENG] From the outset there are incredible landscapes. When the day greets you with the sun on your face, the views are excellent and that alone makes the trip worthwhile, but that's not all! You can see Caracas from above almost in its entirety. From the moment you start the path it is an infinite climb but the views are incredible. Sometimes it is super difficult to climb when the sun is beating down very hard, that puts anyone's resistance to the test, but since I do this every week, it becomes less and less difficult for me and I feel that I am already a little more adapted to the different climates that I can find myself going up the mountain and this is great I love being able to say this. At first it was super difficult so that for all those who love to climb the mountain I recommend that they train and very soon they will be able to climb almost effortlessly to just enjoy the immense landscapes that the mountain has for all of us.
[ESP] Y esto es solo el inicio. Un poco después de un camino empinado y árido con muy buenas vistas, aunque ligeramente agotador, comienza un escenario completamente diferente Una vez que nos adentramos en la montaña. La flora cambia a medida qué nos adentramos en ella y comienza a parecerse más a un bosque que a otra cosa. Esto es súper interesante dado que en un solo viaje podemos ver más de un tipo de paisaje. Aquí la temperatura cambia dado que no te pegue el sol. Comienza a ser un poco más de frío y el viaje es mucho más cómodo. Ya no es subida. La ruta comienza a ser más plana de manera que es mucho más cómodo caminar por ahí. Es casi como descansar incluso mientras sigues caminando. Aunque el paisaje cambio aún tenemos muy buenas vistas. Aquí se puede apreciar la montaña desde adentro y podemos ver los bordes de la montaña mientras Les pega la luz del sol. Cosa que hace que las vistas sean incluso más paradisíacas si es que eso ya era posible.
[ENG] And this is just the beginning. A little after a steep and barren road with very good views, although slightly tiring, a completely different scene begins once we enter the mountain. The flora changes as we go into it and begins to look more like a forest than anything else. This is super interesting since in a single trip we can see more than one type of landscape. Here the temperature changes since the sun does not hit you. It starts to get a bit colder and the ride is much more comfortable. It is no longer uploaded. The route begins to be flatter so that it is much more comfortable to walk there. It's almost like resting even while you keep walking. Although the landscape changed we still have very good views. Here you can see the mountain from the inside and we can see the edges of the mountain as the sunlight hits them. Which makes the views even more paradisiacal if that was already possible.
[ESP] Luego atravesar este bosque lleno de exóticas vistas cargadas de buenas vibras viene el lugar qué tanto deseaba mostrarles. Este es una cascada paradisíaca dentro de la montaña. Me cuesta creer que haya tanta gente dentro de Caracas que desconoce este mágico lugar que funciona como una toma de corriente para recargar energías y dejar de lado todo los problemas que la ciudad fue a haberte dejado encima. Eso funciona como un truco de magia: no sabes cómo sucede pero cuando sucede es sencillamente impresionante y no puedes dejar de sonreír. Es uno de los mejores efectos secundarios de llegar a este lugar. Es mágico y a veces corro con suerte y no hay nadie esto lo hace ser inclusive mejor si es que eso era posible. De verdad es una de las mejores cosas del mundo y desearía que todos los visitaran al menos una vez.
[ENG] Then through this forest full of exotic views full of good vibes comes the place that I wanted to show you so much. This is a paradisiacal waterfall inside the mountain. I find it hard to believe that there are so many people in Caracas who are unaware of this magical place that works like a power outlet to recharge your batteries and put aside all the problems that the city left you with. That works like a magic trick: you don't know how it happens but when it happens it's just amazing and you can't stop smiling. It's one of the best side effects of coming to this place. It's magical and sometimes I'm lucky and there's no one this makes it even better if that was possible. It truly is one of the best things in the world and I wish everyone would visit at least once.
[ESP] No estoy seguro de cómo pero bañarme en esas aguas congeladas se convirtió en una especie de obsesión. Tengo que hacerlo Al menos una vez a la semana para poder sentir que la semana lo valió. Esas aguas te renuevan y te quitan todos los problemas de encima. Impresionante sientes que tienes más fuerza que cuando comenzaste el viaje lo que es contraintuitivo porque para llegar debes gastar full energía. Pero contraintuitivo o no, es la realidad. O el menos mi realidad. Invito a todas las personas que estén leyendo este post a que busquen algún pozo, lago, río, mar o lo que sea que tengan cerca y hagan que bañarse en uno de esos lugares sea una rutina. Si no puede ser semanal que al menos sea mensual y créame que notarán la diferencia en sus vidas. Creo que hay libros al respecto y comentarios sobre la forma en que bañarse en agua Fría ayuda a la salud. Creo que tiene que ver con un mejor sistema cardiovascular e incluso ayuda al sistema inmunológico pero no tengo la información fresca de manera que no puedo ser muy específico. Pero se a través de la práctica qué definitivamente es una parte de la ecuación para sentirnos mejor en casi todo aspecto de nuestras vidas, o al menos de la mía -jajajajaja-. De manera que como es bueno para mí se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que tenga algo de pasión por los viajes de montaña. Y si no tienen ese tipo de planes para el futuro pero si han tomado el tiempo de leer este post hasta acá las recomiendo que comiencen a hacerlo. De verdad que es una de las mejores sensaciones del mundo. Al principio cuesta un poco acostumbrarse a entrar en el agua fría pero una vez que le agarras el gusto no vas a poder parar.
[ENG] I'm not sure how but bathing in those frozen waters became something of an obsession. I have to do it at least once a week in order to feel like the week was worth it. Those waters renew you and take all the problems off you. Impressive, you feel that you have more strength than when you started the trip, which is counterintuitive because to get there you must expend full energy. But counterintuitive or not, it's reality. Or at least my reality. I invite all the people who are reading this post to look for a well, lake, river, sea or whatever they have nearby and make bathing in one of those places a routine. If it can't be weekly, at least monthly and believe me you will notice the difference in your lives. I think there are books about it and comments about how taking a bath in cold water helps your health. I think it has to do with a better cardiovascular system and even helps the immune system but I don't have the fresh information so I can't be very specific. But I know through practice that it is definitely a part of the equation to feel better in almost every aspect of our lives, or at least mine -hahahahaha-. So since it's good for me I'd recommend it to anyone with a bit of a passion for mountain travel. And if you don't have that kind of plans for the future but if you have taken the time to read this post up to here, I recommend that you start doing it. It really is one of the best feelings in the world. At first it takes a bit to get used to entering the cold water but once you get the taste of it you won't be able to stop.
