De Caxias do Sul até o parque da uns 40 minutos de carro e depois uma triha de 10 minutos até a cachoeira.
Como não gostar dessa beleza encontrada na natureza brasileira, e foi um passeio muito legal em família.
From Caxias do Sul to the park, it takes about 40 minutes by car and then a 10-minute trail to the waterfall.
How can you not like this beauty found in Brazilian nature, and it was a really nice family outing.
Logo que chegamos, fomos até a cachoeira que tem águas puras e cristalinas , mas como estava frio apesar de um dia bonito de sol, o convite para mergulhar nas aguás vai ficar para um dia mais quente.
E tivemos a sorte de pegar o início e o fim do arco-íris como podem ver nas fotos com minha gata que deixou o lugar mais lindo ainda.
As soon as we arrived, we went to the waterfall that has pure and crystalline waters, but as it was cold despite a beautiful sunny day, the invitation to dive in the waters will be reserved for a warmer day.
And we were lucky to catch the beginning and end of the rainbow as you can see in the photos with my cat that made the place even more beautiful.

Além da cachoeira linda, ainda conseguimos aproveitar bastante o dia em família. Por lá tem enormes pinheiras carregadas de pinhões e como era a temporada para colhê-los, colhemos muitos e nos juntamos com outras galeras e com o caseiro do Parque para assar os pinhões em uma fogueira.
O sabor desse petisco típico estava delicioso enquanto nos aquecíamos na fogueira e contávamos histórias com muitas risadas.
O Grutão é realmente um lugar perfeito para quem gosta de natureza. Um parque com muita paz , que muitas coisas para fazer, otimo para fugir do agito da cidade.
Espero que as fotos possam passar um pouco da energia do Grutão.
Se você tiver oportunidade de ir para Caias do sul, recomendo muito dedicar um dia para visitar o Grutão e o parque, aposto que vai ser um dia incrível.
In addition to the beautiful waterfall, we still managed to enjoy the family day a lot. Over there, there are huge pine trees laden with pine nuts and as it was the season to pick them, we picked many and got together with other crews and the park's caretaker to roast the pine nuts over a bonfire.
The flavor of this typical snack was delicious as we warmed up by the fire and told stories with lots of laughter.
Grutão is really a perfect place for those who love nature. A very peaceful park with many things to do, great for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
I hope the photos can convey some of Grutão's energy.
If you have the opportunity to go to Caias do Sul, I highly recommend dedicating a day to visiting the Grutão and the park, I bet it will be an incredible day.

I like waterfalls very much, and the one you showed even if it doesn't have a very high waterfall, it is amazing, it caught my attention that picture where we can see a little bit of a rainbow.
