Como todos saben, la cuarentena mundial por causa de la pandemia hizo que en al menos esta parte del mundo se cerraran todos los parques, centros comerciales, universidades escuelas Iglesias y todo aquello que reuniera masas de personas.
Sin embargo, poco a poco han ido dándole apertura a lugares con estrictos controles sanitarios.
As you all know, the worldwide quarantine due to the pandemic caused that in at least this part of the world all parks, shopping malls, universities, schools, churches and everything that gathered masses of people were closed.
However, little by little they have been opening places with strict sanitary controls.
Ayer tuve la oportunidad de ir a uno de los mall mas grandes de cono urbano de Buenos Aires Argentina.
El UNICENTER queda ubicado en el Municipio de San Isidro en una privilegiada región Bonaerense.
Es un lugar que merece ser recorrido con calma y asticia para saber aprovechar bien sus lujosos espacios de entretenimiento, comercio, marketing y confort familiar.
UNICENTER is located in the municipality of San Isidro in a privileged region of Buenos Aires.
It is a place that deserves to be visited calmly and astutely to know how to take advantage of its luxurious spaces for entertainment, commerce, marketing and family comfort.
Llegué al Centro comercial UNICENTER a mediados de las 15:00 p.m. En la calle había un calor veraniego insoportable, así que un cómodo C.C. es un buen lugar para refrescar la larga tarde-noche de una familia con intenciones de pasarla bien.
El estacionamiento de varios niveles estaba a reventar de tantos autos, sin embargo por fortuna conseguimos un buen puesto de estacionamiento bajo la sombra.
I arrived at the UNICENTER Shopping Center in the middle of 3:00 pm. It was unbearably hot outside, so a comfortable shopping mall is a good place to cool off the long afternoon and evening of a family looking for a good time.
The multi-level parking lot was bursting at the seams with so many cars, but fortunately we managed to get a good parking spot under the shade.

Fue, en 1988, el primer y más importante Shopping Center de América Latina en tamaño y características. Unicenter es el centro comercial más recaudador y por lo tanto el más grande de la República Argentina y uno de los 10 más grandes de América del Sur, está construido en un área de 10 manzanas y cuenta con 239 mil metros cuadrados distribuidos en 3 plantas, dos tiendas ancla (la tienda departamental Falabella y el Hipermercado Jumbo, ambas empresas chilenas), y 6.500 lugares de estacionamiento para automóviles (ubicados en todas las plantas). El shopping además cuenta con más de 300 locales, 11 ascensores, 23 escaleras mecánicas, patio de comidas para 1.800 personas, 24 pistas de bowling y 16 salas de cine (suman un total de más de 3000 butacas) de la cadena Hoyts. Además contiene un gran gimnasio instalado por la cadena deportiva Sport Club. It was, in 1988, the first and most important Shopping Center in Latin America in size and characteristics. Unicenter is the largest shopping center and therefore the largest in Argentina and one of the 10 largest in South America, is built in an area of 10 blocks and has 239 thousand square meters distributed in 3 floors, two anchor stores (Falabella department store and Jumbo Hypermarket, both Chilean companies), and 6,500 parking spaces for cars (located on all floors). The shopping center also has more than 300 stores, 11 elevators, 23 escalators, a food court for 1,800 people, 24 bowling lanes and 16 movie theaters (totaling more than 3,000 seats) of the Hoyts chain. Desde productos electrónicos, eléctricos, útiles escolares, carnicerías, charcutería, licorería, lencería, mueblería, juguetería, ferretería, articulos de hogar, viveres en general, ropa, zapatos, perfumería y muchos productos y servicios más.
We entered the Jumbo, a gigantic hypermarket, we spent several hours fascinated with so many products and services inside the mall. In Jumbo there is everything, it is like a big shopping mall inside a huge mall.
From electronics, electrical products, school supplies, butchers, delicatessen, liquor, lingerie, furniture, toys, hardware, household items, general groceries, clothing, shoes, perfumery and many other products and services.
Entré a comprar 2 cosas y salí con el carrito de mercado lleno porque las ofertas que habían no las quise perder.
Si les soy muy sincera, creo que una de las cosas que tiene Argentina que la hacen tan atractiva además de su belleza en naturaleza, es que su coste de vida es muy bajo, aquí la comida es muy barata, de muy buena calidad y súper económica. Yo aquí puedo hacer un buen mercado de alimentos para 5 personas por un mes con tan sólo $100 USD. Eso en otro país no sería posible.
Confieso que soy muy capitalista y consumista. Me gusta lo bueno e identifico rápidamente lo que es de buena calidad y conveniente para mi familia.
If I am very sincere, I think that one of the things that Argentina has that make it so attractive besides its beauty in nature, is that its cost of living is very low, here the food is very cheap, of very good quality and super economical. Here I can make a good food market for 5 people for a month with only $100 USD. That would not be possible in another country.
I confess that I am very capitalist and consumerist. I like good things and I quickly identify what is of good quality and convenient for my family.
En el UNICENTER vi a personas de todo tipo. Estan los típicos Argentinos Bonaerenses clase media- Alta; están los extranjeros como los chinos árabes, europeos y suramericanos como yo; estan los judíos y los musulmanes. Mucha juventud y gente trabajadora entre las tiendas, restaurantes y mantenimiento del gran Mall. Muchísima gente de diversas culturas y razas en un mismo lugar.
Upper-middle class; there are foreigners like Chinese Arabs, Europeans and South Americans like me; there are Jews and Muslims. Lots of youth and working people among the stores, restaurants and maintenance of the big Mall. A lot of people of different cultures and races in the same place.
Después de muchas horas dentro del mall, ya me dolían los pies de tsnto caminar, gasté mucho dinero en antojos y otras cosas. Comimos varias veces y la verdad es que no recorrimos ni la tercera parte del UNICENTER. Ya que es muy grande se necesitan varios dias para conocerlo bien, unos buenos y cómodos tenis para andar y mucho dinero en los bolsillos para comprar.
We ate several times and the truth is that we did not even visit a third of UNICENTER. Since it is very big, you need several days to get to know it well, good and comfortable tennis shoes to walk around and a lot of money in your pockets to buy.
