What's your favorite travel hack for a fun, budget trip? i am first. Hmm... it's trying to blend in with the locals and make a good impression. It seems strange, but if you do it seriously, it can be a really good experience.
I do that when I traveling in Bagan, Myanmar. So... I met someone in Bagan, and he was also travel too. He says was praying. So, after he prayed, I ask him to show me a little known interesting place. Of course, I got the hint because he also asked the hotel staff in the local language.

So, I went to this place. It's not a very well known temple, seem just a random one on the way between Ananda Temple and the hotel. It so obvious that I immediately captivated by its beauty.
The temple isn't large, more like a multitude of small stupas. Inside is a single Buddha statue, and each stupa has a statue with a golden attire. I've never seen this before among other temples. Or is this not a temple? But more like the graves of revered monks?

Among the stupas, there was a fairly large building. It looked like several stupas, likely more than ten, with varying shapes. But inside, all the statues were golden, with Buddhas of varying expressions and postures.
Wait... not all the statues were gold, some wore the brick color attire of monks like the Bagan sand, sitting cross-legged with their hands raised. They sat with their eyes open, and the afternoon sun was still slightly bright, as the weather a bit warmer than the previous days, but the breeze so starting to cool as night approached.

For some reason, I lingered here, examining each temple. But it was clear that the buildings were small, and if we entered, only a few people would fit inside. Unlike Ananda Temple, Dhammayangi, Dhammayazika... However, I couldn't verify the authenticity of the Burmese inscription with Google Lens. It wasn't at all specific, but my suspicions grew stronger. I felt like I had to leave immediately, because this didn't seem like a temple. But, I can't be prejudiced against him LOL..
Call me Isdarmady, sometimes Mady, Putra or anything you want. I have a pretty long name but call me very nicely. There are many things I like, especially hydroponics and coffee, sometimes I also like traveling and eating whatever I want. Life should be like that, there must be many things you like so you can live well. Of course, what you want is a dream, so, when you have a dream then what you have to do is to achieve that dream, don't just let it be a dream.
There are many things I tell on my Blog, I hope you like it. Never hesitate to leave a comment, because your comments mean so much to keep me moving forward.
