Third day was surfing day!!!

At first, I was undecided about trying surfing because I thought I wouldn’t be able to learn it. Beside it is expensive LOL since you have to pay for the instructor, the photographer and everything else. But my friends kept insisting that I try, and I kept saying, NO!!!!! LOL
But one thing changed my mind the EXPERIENCE that I would miss. So, here I am exploring new things.
Sorry, guys! It took me a while to post about Day 3, because I've been busy these past few weeks. I also want to share that with you in my next blog, but I want to finish my Siargao Trip first.
We woke up late because we were tired from yesterday, we had our breakfast first in 'karenderya' which is just near us, we prepared at 3 PM because it was high tide in the afternoon, so we decided to surf then.
The location by the way is in Cloud 9 Siargao, it is just 15 mins away from our accommodation, we just ride a motorcycle, and the fare was just 30 PHP.
Where is Cloud 9 in Siargao?
Cloud 9 is a one of the famous places in Siargao, it is in the municipality of General Luna in Siargao Island, Philippines. It is well known as the best surfing spot in the Philippines. If you are an advanced surfer looking for some high-energy waves that break over shallow coral reefs with powerful right-handers and fast barrels, then this should be one of your stops on the itinerary!

Fist, the instructor teaches us the basics or the proper way to surf. When I had my first time, I did not make it LOL but once you learn, it feels like you don't want to go home anymore. JK
It was an amazing experience for me, it feels so light and fulfilling when you learn how to surf. SATISFYING!
We surfed just for an hour, and after that we played in the sea wave until got tired of it. LOL
We got home around 6PM, it was a rainy evening, and we had a coffee at our favorite coffee shop which is in Corner's Cafe. We ended our night chilling out at a resto-bar across from our accommodation. We just had a bottle of beer sang Karaoke.

Wow! Are the waves not to big? By looking at your photos I seem to have some trauma on beaches that's why I am afraid of swimming at the beach.
