The Lake District National Park is located in the North West of England, in County Cumbria. A few years ago, I spent a few days there with my friends, staying overnight at a campground, in a tent. The views were amazing in the evenings. Our tent was on a hill and we could see the nearby lake and mountains from there.
Park Narodowy Lake District znajduje się w w północno-zachodniej Anglii, w hrabstwie Kumbria. Kilka lat temu spędziłam tam kilka dni ze znajomymi, nocując na campingu, pod namiotem. Wieczorami widoki były niesamowite. Nasz namiot znajdował się na wzgórzu i widzieliśmy stamtąd pobliskie jezioro i góry.

A lot of ducks were swimming in the lake. I sat down on the pier next to the shore and watched them move on the surface of the water in the light of the setting sun.
Na jeziorze pływało dużo kaczek. Usiadłam na pomoście znajdującym się przy brzegu i obserwowałam jak poruszają się po tafli wody w blasku zachodzącego słońca.
We also made a grill with roasted marshmallows and lots of other food, like sausages etc. but I remember the marshmallows the most and our conversations in such a beautiful natural place. It was one of my few camping experiences, I rarely go camping, but I liked it there.
Zrobiliśmy też grilla z pieczonymi piankami Marshmallow i mnóstwem innego jedzonka, jak kiełbaski itp. ale pianki zapamiętałam najbardziej i nasze rozmowy w taim pięknym przyrodniczo miejscu. To było jedno z moich nielicznych biwakowych doświadczeń, rzadko wyjeżdżam pod namiot, ale tam mi się podobało.
