I am impressed by how interesting the exhibitions at the Ujazdowski Castle turned out to be. Today I will show you the continuation of the exhibition "Political Art" and it will be my last post on this topic. When I entered one of the rooms at the exhibition, I saw two such wooden structures. One was huge and the other was tiny. It turned out that these were wooden models representing the appearance of a wooden Nimis sculpture, which is located in Sweden. This sculpture was created illegally.
Jestem pod wrażeniem tego jak ciekawe okazały się wystawy w Zamku Ujazdowskim. Pokażę wam dzisiaj ciąg dalszy wystawy "Sztuka Polityczna" i to będzie mój ostatni post na ten temat. Gdy weszłam do jednej z sal na wystawie zobaczyłam takie dwie drewniane konstrukcje. Jedna była ogromna, a druga malutka. Okazało się, że to były drewniane modele prezentujące wygląd drewnianej rzeźby Nimis, która znajduje się w Szwecji. Rzeźba ta została stworzona nielegalnie.

Nimis is a very large sculpture made of wood, located in a reserve in the south of Sweden. The project started in 1980 and has been going on until today. It became the subject of numerous comments and reactions. In the 1990s, the stone work of Arx was added there. In 1997, this place was proclaimed a free state of Ladonia.

Nimis to bardzo duża rzeźba wykonana z drewna, znajduje się w rezerwacie na połudnu Szwecji. Przedsięwzięcie rozpoczęło się w 1980 roku i trwa ono do dzisiaj. Stało się oniektem licznych uwag i reakcji. W latach 90. dodano tam kamienne dzieło Arx. W 1997 roku to miejsce zostało ogłoszone wolnym państwem Ladonia.
This wooden chest is a portable Ladonia embassy. I like such utopian ideas that there are countries, even small ones, where you can live your own way. Even if the size of such a country, as in the case of Ladonia, is only 1 square kilometer.
Ta drewniana skrzynia to przenośna ambasada Ladonii. Podobają mi się takie utopijne pomysły, żeby istniały państwa, nawet niewielkie, gdzie można żyć po swojemu. Nawet jeśli wielkość takiego państwa, tak jak w przypadku Ladonii wynosi zaledwie 1 kilometr kwadratowy.
In the next room there was such a sculpture made of bronze on an iron base. Its creator is Emma Elliot. The sculpture gives the impression that the head is spinning. The materials attached to the exhibition said that the artist would like her sculptures to evoke emotions in the recipient and encourage discussion.
W następnym pomieszczeniu znajdowała się taka rzeźba wykonana z brązu na podstawie z żelaza. Jej twórczynią jest Emma Elliot. Rzeźba sprawia wrażenie, jakby głowa wirowała. W materiałach dołączonych do wystawy napisae było, że rtystka chciałaby aby jej rzeźby wywoływały u odbiorcy emocje, skłaniały do dyskusji.
