An interesting place to enjoy roasted corn

The location on Pinmapple.

This week, after my trip to a natural object location failed halfway due to bad weather, I haven't had the chance to do it again. The only place I can visit this week is a beach west of Banda Aceh, known as Pantai Cermin, meaning mirror beach, at Ulee Lheu, Aceh. Ulee Lheu itself in the local language means a cape that is separated from the main land. That's because the headland is like an island, surrounded by water and separated by a lagoon from the mainland.

The beach is actually a historical place in the Aceh-Dutch war at the end of the 18th century, because it was the first landing place for the Dutch in their military aggression to Aceh at that time. The beach is actually a historical place in the Aceh-Dutch war at the end of the 18th century, because it was the first landing place for the Dutch in their military aggression to Aceh at that time. But after the 2004 earthquake and tsunami that destroyed Ulee Lheu and leveled it to the ground, it seemed like it had erased all of its past memories, and since then, it has started writing its new notes as a place to enjoy the sea breeze and the afternoon sun, as well as a port for ships and boats crossing to the islands around northwest Aceh.

Yes, the best time to visit the beach is in the afternoon. Even though the beach has been open since morning, the afternoon is the choice of many people because the sunlight that touches the skin becomes softer than before and will end with a pleasant climax, which is a sunset with a beautiful panoramic view of the islands.

Unlike most beaches which are open freely to the sea, this beach has been given a long embankment of large stones for the control of coastal abrasion caused by large currents and waves. Due to the existence of the embankment, the sea near the shore looks like a pond that allows for various entertainment activities safely, especially for children playing, swimming and circling the pond by rowing duck boats.

Don't like playing on the beach, so there are other options for entertaining the kids at Ulee Lhueu Park.

To get rid of fatigue, and let our eyes and minds fly above sea level to islands far on the horizon, all of that, can be helped by enjoying the juice and fresh young coconut meat.

But, the most enjoyable thing to enjoy on this beach, in my opinion, is the sweet smell and deliciousness of roasted corn. We can devour some without realizing it. It is so delicious to enjoy while exposing ourselves to the sea breeze. But various culinary options are available there and so easy to get. Every vendor will call you to stop by at their place. So, the most difficult thing is to choose which of them gives the sweetest smile.

After enjoying it all, all of that can be closed with a final performance before nature closes the screen for the day. An enchanting display of nature at dusk, as the sun sets over the islands and nature declares a retreat for the hours ahead, from our sight, letting us spend the night in our own ways.
