It is a pleasure to greet the "Hiveyoubeenhere" Community, giving me the opportunity for the first time, to express in this first beginning, enjoyed, in pleasant memories of "My Trip to Tucacas", in the company of my family, my vacation at the end of the school year, which will begin on August 1st.
We undertook this adventure trip very motivated, accompanied by my two children, my father, a great musician friend and his wife, heading towards the beaches of "Tucaca". Along the way, we shared very pleasant moments, accompanied by dialogues, photos of landscapes visualized along the way.
Thus we arrive at our beautiful Venezuelan beaches, which enjoy an exuberant beauty and pleasant natural environment. These beaches are very visited at any time of the year by tourists from other countries and Venezuelans. The place where we stay is very nice and cozy, called "Ancorage".
The reception by the staff that manages this recreational "Lodging Residence", was very kind and cordial, giving us a nice welcome from your hostess, which I allow myself to mention, as Mrs. Lisbeth, who has always been very special and dear to my family. She as always has shown her disposition and friendship when receiving us, showing us the extraordinary landscapes and facilities of the wonderful site of this comfortable and spectacular "Hospedaje".
When I made a brief description of what my eyes admired with such beautiful scenery, my thoughts make me remember that we musicians, after an intense and arduous work of a whole year, are happy to look for places a little far away, where we can have direct contact with those pleasant landscapes, chosen to spend a few days with our families.
One of those favorite places are the "Tucacas Beaches", located in Venezuela, being the sea very relaxing by its own nature. In my family all are musicians and we love the sea, this brings us a peace and an overflowing stillness, that through its swells of its waves, injects us with extraordinary vibes, that activate our energetic potentialities, that one has as a musician, allowing us to be sometimes poets, in others to create a melody or perhaps to enjoy that wonderful landscape, in which our reflective thoughts flow.
Telling you a little in detail, of the beautiful anecdotes of walks lived, in our Venezuelan beaches, are the visits to "Los Cayos Venezolanos"". One of those visited by my family, is "Cayo Paiclá", this site very visited by tourists, which are described as an expansion of land not very extensive, in the form of islands, isolated from each other, where you can only get there by boats and motorboats, to spend a day at the beach, enjoying the natural air, the swaying movements of palm trees, rejoicing in the endless expanse of the sea, which calls us to enjoy such a pleasant view with the family, playing in the sea, eating seafood delicacies, enjoying the palate and a good fruit cocktail.
This is unique, to see the swell of the sea waters, it is a paradisiacal site of great beauty. Practically the hours pass without realizing it, returning at sunset between 6 and 7 pm. Many tourists rent the boats to return the next day from this pleasant travel adventure to the "Venezuelan Keys". In our case, we did not do it, because after a long day at the beach and in spite of our tiredness, we enjoyed an evening at the swimming pool, a formidable place, with a colorful construction, warm and pleasant water.
We enjoyed it with a dinner outdoors, which in general, Venezuelans love and we are very fond of preparing a delicious "carne azada", accompanied by small pieces of yucca, with an exquisite mixture of salad of lettuce, tomato, onion, with a touch of lemon and olive oil, this is very delicious. Another of the visited sites, of very crowded beaches and it is in the same town of "Tucacas", is the "Morrocoy Beach", site of an extensive vegetation typical of the beaches, of a varied gastronomy in seafood, observed in the very crowded restaurants, which do not stop showing their delicacies.
One of these famous dishes, which for years my family asks for every time we go, is the "Rompe Colchón", which is a special, mouth opener, which is accompanied with tostones or any dressing to the taste of the tourist. It is a very tasty dish and requested by visitors, which consists of a mixture of shrimp, pepitonas, octopus and squid, overflowing in a pink sauce with spicy and lemon, I tell you that it is very delicious to the palate.
Another dish that should not be missed on this tour are the "Conchas de Almejas" (clam shells), which are sold fresh from the sea. The custom is to eat them fresh and alive, the shells are opened, lemon juice is squeezed and at once, you enjoy eating them with pleasure, they are extremely tasty, my children have loved them since they were very young, each one ate 12 of these clams and they enjoyed them every time we went to the beach.
Every time the sunset approached, we returned very happy to the "Ancorage" Lodging site, to return to enjoy the pool bath, which we could not stop admiring its well-designed architecture of colorful colors, giving immense pleasure, to enjoy its thermal waters, which at any time of the day or night, remained warmly cool.
Remembering a little of the other rooms of this comfortable lodging, "Ancorage", were its rooms, neatly clean, very comfortable, comfortable and air-conditioned, which had very large windows, with a spectacular view towards the vicinity of the pool garden, with a view of the beach and its extensive fullness, of its beautiful landscapes, in its surroundings. We spent the days enjoying so many moments of comfort and pleasant visits to the beaches, that we did not realize that we had to return, so we began to pack and take a last tour of this beautiful landscape and the nice place that sheltered us.
We said goodbye with joy to our hostess, Mrs. Lisbeth Rodriguez, who was delighted with our friendship and cordiality, and was glad that we would come back someday. This adventure was very beautiful, of pleasant and enjoyable moments lived. I say goodbye with a reflection of @latinllanes "Enjoy the moment of your vision of travel, its environment of landscapes and what life gives you beautifully, because there will be no tomorrow, waiting for you, to repeat it".
