Located in the North West of Victoria is the wonderful Children's Animal Farm. Brimming with old school tractors and farm machinery this active farm has been turned into a children's awesome day out.

Not only is the farm filled with play equipment for the kids to tire themselves out on but there are tractor rides around the farm where children can learn about animals as well as feed them.

With hands on learning where the kids can milk a cow, handle baby birds, rabbits and Guinea pigs there is also a pony for them to ride on.

I took my daughter her before the great lockdown of 2020 and it was one of her favourite days out.

If you're visiting Melbourne, Australia and looking for a place to take the kids make sure you pop in and experience Aussie farming.

Wiw. What a wonderfully fun place to take the kids to! The little one seemed pretty happy. For me its just nice to see all those bluegum in the background. I miss them. Its nothing but oak trees where im at. They're pretty but not the same gracefulness.

It was a really good day out and I enjoyed it.

Oaks are better shade in summer though :)

Yes but in fall the amount of leaves they drop is crazy. Clogged gutters etc.

That would be a challenging issue. Are they also a fire hazard?
