En la ciudad de La Plata, capital de la provincia de Buenos Aires existe un hermoso lugar que nos remonta muchos años atrás, para ser más precisos los lleva a nuestra niñez.
In the city of La Plata, capital of the province of Buenos Aires, there is a beautiful place that takes us back many years, to be more precise, to our childhood.
Este lugar es La República de los niños, un parque educativo que tiene por finalidad la formación cívica de los niños la tiempo que juegas y de divierten en su recorrido. El parque donde está ubicado es de casi 50 hectáreas y en su recorrido podemos encontrar los más diversos atractivos que captará la atención de nuestros hijos y encontraremos personajes que fueron verdaderos iconos de nuestra niñez.
This place is The Republic of the Children, an educational park that aims at the civic formation of children the time you play and have fun on their journey. The park where it is located is of almost 50 hectares and in its route we can find the most diverse attractions that will capture the attention of our children and we will find characters that were true icons of our childhood.
Lo primero que encontramos al ingresar al parque es un gran centro cívico que son una verdadera réplica en tamaño acorde para los niños de los edificios más frecuentes que pueden visitar cuando estos niños comiencen a desenvolverse dentro de sus comunidades. Un gran atractivo del este centro cívico es que muchas de las edificaciones son una copia exacta de los edificios del mundo real. La casa de gobierno, la legislatura provinvial, la sucursal del ban co y la iglesia son réplicas exactas en menor tamaño de los edificios donde funcionan estas instituciones en la vida real.
The first thing we find when we enter the park is a large civic center that is a true replica in size for the children of the most frequent buildings that they can visit when these children begin to develop within their communities. A great attraction of this civic center is that many of the buildings are an exact copy of the real world buildings. The government house, the provincial legislature, the branch of the bank and the church are exact smaller replicas of the buildings where these institutions operate in real life.
Los niños podrán sentarse en el escritorio del gobernador, u ocupar una bancada dentro de la legislatura, en el banco podrán obtener una tarjeta de crédito, emitir un cheque y hasta acceder a la bóveda del banco. Ellos en su recorrido irán aprendiendo al tiempo que van jugando.
Los chicos también podrán aprender las principales reglas de tránsito en un hermoso circuito de educación vial en el cual deberán respetar las normas de tránsito y las diferentes señales que aprenden en una pequeña charla educativa y ello lo pondrán en práctica en u pequeño circuito de karting.
The children will also be able to learn the main rules of the road in a beautiful circuit of road education in which they will have to respect the rules of the road and the different signs that they learn in a small educational talk and they will put it into practice in a small karting circuit.
Los chicos también podrán conocer y visitar el aeropuerto donde no solo podrán conocer las diferentes áreas de un aeropuerto y podrán tramitar su pasaporte. En el recorrido final podrán subir a un avión y sentir quizá lo que muchos no han tenido la posibilidad de sentir. Dentro del área de transportes también hay una pequeña estación de trenes donde además de conocer el lugar y sacar su boleto, también podrán dar una vuelta alrededor del parque en un hermoso tren de trocha angosta. Una experiencia realmente fascinante para los chicos.
The children will also be able to meet and visit the airport where they will not only be able to see the different areas of an airport but will also be able to apply for their passport. In the final tour they will be able to get on a plane and feel perhaps what many have not had the chance to feel. Within the transportation area there is also a small train station where besides getting to know the place and getting their ticket, they will also be able to go around the park in a beautiful narrow gauge train. A really fascinating experience for the kids.
En otra parte del parque hay una pequeña granja con animales verdaderos donde los niños podrán alimentar a los animales o recoger huevos de un gallinero y también subirse a un tractor
In another part of the park there is a small farm with real animals where children can feed the animals or collect eggs from a henhouse and also ride a tractor
En la última parte del circuito llega lo mejor para nosotros, los más grandes donde podremos encontrarnos con varios personajes de dibujos que veíamos de pequeños en la televisión lo cual es muy emocionante. Son esos momentos en los que realmente los grandes volvemos a ser pequeños y donde nuestra mente vuelve a volar y viajar por aquellas épocas tan lindas y que tantos recuerdos nos han regalado.
In the last part of the circuit comes the best for us, the older ones where we can meet several cartoon characters that we saw as children on TV which is very exciting. These are the moments when we grown-ups are really small again and where our minds fly and travel through those beautiful times that have given us so many memories.
Después de un largo día de caminata, de aprendizaje y de mucha diversión llega el final del recorrido en el cual nos sentamos a descansar en una pequeña plaza, donde nuestra hija no solo aprovecho para saborear un rico helado sino también para aprovechar a seguir jugando.
After a long day of walking, learning and a lot of fun, the end of the tour arrives in which we sit down to rest in a small square, where our daughter not only takes advantage to taste a delicious ice cream but also to continue playing.
La República de los niños, un hermoso lugar para pasar una tarde de juegos, aprendizaje y porque no volver a ser niños.
The Children's Republic, a beautiful place to spend an afternoon of games, learning and why not become children again.
