🥇 Drinking Champagne in Champagne France by @leaky20

For our weekend adventure, we went biking in the Champagne region of France and also sampled a few Champagnes while we were there. You can't visit the Champagne region of France without at least trying the champagne! We started our trip in Dormans on the Voie Verte (or Green Path), which is a dedicated cycling trail that follows the Marne river from the towns of Dormans to Conde-sur-Marne. We didn't bike the entire length of the trail but instead decided to make our stop in Epernay, the Capital of champagne (referring to the beverage not the region of course).

🥈 Daroi Kalon Gorge. Again to Boysun ... (part one), Uzbekistan by @damm-steemit

I already visited Darai Kalon in February this year. Then it was cold, cloudy and snowy. This time the weather promised to be clear and sunny, and I was sure that the canyon in such weather would look completely different. And I was right. Of course, on the way we stopped and bought hot cakes and "tandoor gusht" (lamb baked in a tandoor). After about half an hour or so, we drove up to a familiar village. But like last time, I still did not remember its name.

🥉 Mediaș - The Historical City Center by @erikah

Today I'm going to post about another medieval city of Transylvania I had the pleasure to visit at the beginning of September and pin another location on the map that has never been pinned before. Mediaș is a mix of old history, communist era remains and new developments. It's not the first time I visited the city, so I can see the changes and every time I'm visiting, hoping to see the historical part intact or restored as keeping historical buildings in a good condition is important.
