Introduction

Hi everyone @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. For today's Top 3 Pinmapple posts we're going to be doing a lot of walking. First of all, to an old pottery village in France, followed by a walk up the Albanian mountains, and finally we go for a walk around in Bohol in the Philippines. Enjoy!!

🥇 A Beautiful and Hot Walk through the Countryside of southern France, up to an Old Pottery still in Activity by @anttn

" After more than an hour of zigzagging, we arrived at the village of Cliousclat, next to Mirmande. This one is known for its numerous potteries, but I believe that one in particular is the most famous, because it is the oldest. We didn't get to visit the workshops as it wasn't the day of the visits, but I took two pictures on the fly so you can see the atmosphere :) It looks like a very nice place to work and I thought I might try to sign up for a workshop if the opportunity arose !"

🥈 A walk, a bus, a walk, on the road to Gjirokastër. Albania May 22 by @grindle

" The path got narrower as we reached the old walled church. It was that tight an area no decent externals were possible alas, but an interesting graveyard. Who doesn't love a graveyard. Beer from your mates, water from ya mum, and an orange. After that hike I could easily devour all three. I simply love the graves where old photographs are embedded, real local people, probably never posed for a camera before, just vacant stares, no selfie trout pouts in the good old days of sepia."

🥉 Tarsiers and Churches, Bohol, Philippines by @bluepark

" One of the tourist attractions in Bohol is the tarsier watching. Located in Corella, Bohol is the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary where you can see and observe them. Tarsiers are the smallest primates and in the Philippines, this animal is endemic in Bohol, Leyte, and Samar. Our tour guide took us there as one of our destinations when we had our day tour."
