Woke up all the way in my hometown in Manali all the way from the city life as I was my friend now was not day, but a perfect morning that was over here at this particular place, and it was now the beginning of a new journey, beginning of a new adventure and that I wanted to share it with you guys through this post, so the journey begins something just like this as it was somewhere about 8 AM early morning, when a random thought just came in my mind, normal hike around the place were just thinking about that where we could go because the higher mountains they were all covered with a thick sheet of snow and only the mountains that we could reach. Were these foothills around this particular place somewhere after driving for about an hour and away from Patlikuhal near Manali was this place called Dharsha where on the top of the mountain was this particular location and the trails.
I thought why not to share these moments, so I started capturing these photographs all the way since I started my journey so it was somewhere about 11 AM early morning when we reached at this place and now it was the starting point where we started our hike and started our journey all the way, and the whole moment it looked just like this.
In the beginning, the sky looks kind of clear, but nowadays the weather it was totally unpredictable as any particular time throughout the year. It might snow in the higher mountains that causes rainfall in the lower altitude location, but there were just these few of the clouds that we saw when we were at this place and moreover my friends, we just started our hike, and it literally was so peaceful. Just walking through these forest trails and capturing these photographs and enjoying this perfect afternoon.
There was this trail that just went all the way to the top of the mountain and also few of the other places around. It was a perfect moment where we just choose these trails and were now hiking, and currently we were at an altitude of near about 2000 m above the sea level and still going on, it was kind of steep hike that we just started our earning and hiking all the way in these peaceful trails.
It has been near about one hour since we started our journey and we reached somewhere in the middle of this place. Literally the only way that I could distinguish about the journey. It was that I literally had no plans but when I checked in GPS map, it was the name that the place had.
The Broken Lodge.
Where it was a place where there was a kind of ground, I would say and to be precise. It was the meadows that were at this place the Shepherd’s Meadows and also another thing that I noticed it was that I saw that by the corner there was a house kind of lodge of the maybe the person staying here in the ancient times that was all broken.
Were walking by, we reached at the place and the altitude, it was 2600 m above the sea level. It was quite a lot of elevation that we just gained and it also was kind of chilly at this particular place.
We made it all the way to the place that we just thought, so it was the hike of about 45 hours all the way hiking through these trails and literally enjoying the perfect moments of the afternoon through these calm forest and these lush green Meadows, it literally was totally to remember, and I thought why not to share these photographs, so sharing these moments with you guys through this post, I have captured all of these photographs using my Apple iPhone 12 mobile phone and edited them using iPhone photo editor.
