Exploring the NON-VEG WORLD - it's a market created near my home 😀
Almost a year has gone, since Corona Virus has forced our life to be miserable. We did not have red meet since last one year - and we had a guest coming to home whose special request was to have mutton (goat meat) on dish. I had heard about this place being set recently, so I decided to give it a try this time. It's just a kilometer away from my home, but I never thought, it has had so many things inside. So let me take you through an album of available items inside. And before going inside you can find the big bird Emu just outside - yes, Emu meat is also available.
As soon as you enter, you can have a nice tea here to give you the boost and start exploring.
Ever seen so many varieties of egg ? At least I did not, so let's explore the chicken varieties 😏
The price seems reasonable as well - you can opt to take various part of chicken as you can see.. And if all that is not enough, they have fishes as well.
He is the owner of the place - Mr Manoj - he personally makes sure, everything is well organized and served well. I spoke to him for some time and was quite impressed with his vision - to provide quality non-veg to people, without cheating. Especially, it's hard to get good mutton outside, unless you know someone personally. He wants to make sure, every gentleman can get what he pays for. I have heard, he has gone through lot of hardships in life earlier, but I did not speak on that. He definitely has found out a niche market, where people don't hesitate to pay for quality meat. He told me that, if you are not satisfied, then you can call them and they will refund your money - such guarantee can come only from a person with genuine offering. And he has also set up a live kitchen - where you can cook and eat yourself. And if you do not know how to cook, then they have got cooks who can prepare the dish based on your preference. I am not sure, if people would love to do that but never saw such arrangements anywhere else. And they also have got other shops - grocery, gents parlor etc - so may be you can go and give something to cook and then have a hair cut and your food is ready 😀
And let's enter the mutton center
You can order and wait in the lounge 😀 - but I did not see a lot of crowd. Though they have different counters for different race based cutting , I saw only one place where it was being served. And the person serving was not very interested to hear - he was more of give you something that he wish - unless you pretty much insist to have some types of your choice. May be he does not follow the same feelings as the owner, but given that it was my first time, I did not insist much. I also visited the chicken center, and saw same type of set up. The owner was busy visiting all the counters and making sure, everything is running fine.
The mutton was really good - and I liked the place very much. However, I wish, the workers follow the same ethics as the owner. Otherwise, it will be difficult to sustain in the business in the longer run.

Wow look at all that sea food, and look at the eggs, basically I'm not a vegetarian and this place already feels like my favourite place if I was in India. Wow look at the meat. Beautiful tour to this place I must say. Wow.

There is so much of variety of eggs, most of the names I have not heard also.
The female ones are better - I was not knowing that as well before visiting this place.
