You are most welcome. Yup lots of amazing posts today, and I feel bad that only 3 can be put into the top... Moalboal looks like a great base for you as a scubahead! I didn't manage to make it there due to the tight schedule when I was on Cebu... spent more time on Bohol and Panglao at last.
The diving is better here but the infrastructure for tourism is better in Bohol, Moalboal is down and dirty diver town
