Bangkok City by Day doing the Skyline Tour.

Last week Tuesday when I flew back from Surat Thani Airport after being on Koh Samui Island for almost a week I arrived back at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport in the later afternoon and had decided I wanted to stay in Bangkok city for about a week for two reasons the last month I was in Bangkok city it was only for the weekend and I wanted to see more of the huge city and I was in no hurry to get back home to my province being Jomtien Beach in Pattaya.

Great shots I think taking the skyline ot enjoy those views was a great idea

Oh that took me back to my only 4 days (so far) in Bangkok too and I loved it!

I stayed at Lat Krabang just near the airport and loved absolutely every moment and everything about the place!

Haaa Unfortunately far too long ago- 2014 flew into BKK from Melbourne, 4 days there, then down to the Petchaburi province to volunteer at an animal sanctuary up in the mountains from Cha Am, then down and across to Koh Yao Noi and flew back via a few last hours in Phuket.

I LOVE Thailand. I've only been the twice but can't wait to go back and (maybe live there one day just volunteering in animal sanctuaries...

Yes but no where near enough roads covered!

So many more places to go and see, I haven't even been up north of BKK yet and dying to go up around Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai area...

Loved Hua Hin and Cha Am too, so much to love about the country and you say you've been living there for 4yrs now, you lucky, LUCKY bugger!

What took you there f/t? Work or just travel and where are you living?

Wow you are living both me and my brothers dream- he restores cars (mostly classic Holdens and mum and dads 1973 Statesman) and it's my dream to live on the beach some day again too!

Lucky you've had work to keep you going over the past couple of years too cause I know that so many places in Thailand and other parts of the world have suffered greatly due to the lack of tourism $$$$...

What a life and job to have right now!

Where do you sell the muscle cars to? Locally in Thailand or OS like Europe/USA???

It seems that Bangkok has more skyscrapers than any other city in Southeast Asia that I visited :)

Good for you :) I also traveled a lot with my former job, so I know how great it is
Since I have been fully vaccinated, I am able to travel now. The restriction has been lifted and life is back to normal. The rainy season, however, keeps me from traveling much now :)
