Hi my dear friends,
today I'm talking you about a particolary place in our Marche mountains. A very peaceful place where you can do many sporting activities, or lie down quietly as on the beach by the lake and sunbathe.
Here there are many paths inside the forest that you can safely walk and meet different wild animals, different species of flowers and fruit according to the season.
In this place there is a particolary path that starts from the lake and arrives on the mountains, and precisely in one of the most famous and fascinating places in the area called "Lame Rosse" a leisurely about three hours hike of uphill walking.

oggi vi parlo di un luogo particolare delle nostre montagne marchigiane. Un luogo molto tranquillo dove si possono fare tante attività sportive, oppure sdraiarsi tranquillamente come in spiaggia in riva al lago e prendere il sole.
Qui ci sono molti sentieri all'interno del bosco che si possono tranquillamente percorrere e incontrare diversi animali selvatici, diverse specie di fiori e frutti a seconda della stagione.
In questo luogo c'è un percorso particolare che parte dal lago e arriva sulla montagna, e precisamente in uno dei posti più conosciuti e affascinanti della zona chiamato "Lame Rosse" una tranquilla escursione di tre ore circa di cammino in salita.
Fiastra’ lake is locate in the “Monti Sibillini National Park”, it is an artificial lake owned and handled by Enel made in the fifties aimed to produce electricity for the “Fiastrone”valley, with the dam closing the “Fiastrone” river. In the spring and in the summer many people like to hike or clinb in this place like me and some of my friends.
Il Lago di Fiastra si trova nel Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini, è un lago artificiale di proprietà e gestito da Enel realizzato negli anni Cinquanta finalizzato alla produzione di energia elettrica per la Valle del Fiastrone, con la diga che chiude il fiume Fiastrone. In primavera e in estate molte persone amano fare escursioni o arrampicarsi in questo posto come me ed alcuni miei amici.
I love to do hiking in the mountains, perhaps i prefer it to the sea. Mountain adventures are more exciting, expecially when you are with your friends, it is very funny.
Amo fare escursioni in montagna, forse lo preferisco al mare. Le avventure in montagna sono più emozionanti, soprattutto quando sei con i tuoi amici, è molto divertente.
We get up early in the morning and leave with some sandwiches, snacks and water a lot, to face the long road, hat on your head, backpack on shoulders, hiking shoes, stick in hand and we are ready,
we just have to get to the top !!! Hahahah
Ci alziamo presto la mattina e partiamo con qualche panino, merende e tanta acqua, per affrontare la lunga strada, cappello in testa, zaino in spalla, scarpe da trekking, bastone in mano e siamo pronti, non resta che arrivare in cima!!! Hahahah

Lungo il sentiero all'ombra di una lecceta, incontriamo fiori selvatici come queste bellissime "rose canine"
The path is long, but you don't feel the effort because you are gratified with a wonderful view, the lake seen from above
Il cammino è lungo ,ma non senti la fatica perché sei appagato da una vista meravigliosa, il lago visto dall'alto.
A moment of rest, as always we take photos, then we leave again towards the summit.
Un attimo di sosta, come sempre facciamo foto, poi si riparte verso la vetta.
And here we are, finally!!!
We are in front of a spectacle of nature,The Lame Rosse of Fiastra.
They are formations in the shape of pinnacles and towers made up of gravel held together by clay and silts, formed thanks to the erosion of atmospheric agents.
Ed ecco siamo arrivati, finalmente!!!
Siamo davanti ad uno spettacolo della natura, Le Lame Rosse di Fiastra.
Sono formazioni a forma di pinnacoli e torri costituite da ghiaia tenuta insieme da argilla e limi, formatesi grazie all'erosione di agenti atmosferici.

And this is us, a young group of very tired mountaineers, who after each excursion, like good italians, go to eat local delicacies such as porcini mushrooms, truffles in a typical local restaurant ... ..hahahaha
E questi siamo noi, giovane gruppo di alpinisti stanchissimi, che dopo ogni escursione, da buoni italiani, vanno a mangiare prelibatezze locali come funghi porcini, tartufi in un ristorante tipico del posto…..hahahaha

A ferragosto non ci sono mai stata, i fuochi d'artificio li ho sempre visti in mare, sul lago saranno ugualmente suggestivi, poi quelli di Fiastra sono famosi. Mi hai dato un'idea, quest'anno andrò a vederli!!! ciao
