I encourage you to join me on another path in the 4Ilhas beach region of Bombinhas, which offers several seascapes and our incredible nature. Bombinhas is a place rich in trails, nature, and outdoor activities.
20 Chosen Photos From my Hike on the 4Ilhas Trail
Quatro Ilhas Beach is ideal for those who enjoy nature and adventure.
This time I decided to face a slightly longer trail passing through more places in that region.
Rather than start at the beach, I went to the end of a dead-end street, but with a small entrance to the trail, passing through the Pedra Furada and following to the beach of four islands.
Aside from the natural beauty that makes up the scenery, there are trails on both sides of the beach.
This trail is located on the right side. You can begin on the beach or at the dead-end street shown on the map. The trail is not shown on the map, but it exists.
This trail is very easy to complete, but always be careful with venomous animals, keep on track and keep your eyes open to spot snakes or spiders. This region is full of wildlife.
Don't forget to bring only memories and photos. Just burn calories without stepping on vegetation. It is illegal to camp and starts fires there.
After a while of walking through the jungle, you'll come to an open field and begin climbing to the cliff coast. It's amazing how you can hear the waves hitting the cliff from up there. Unforgettable.
During your hike, you will come across many opportunities to see the ocean and notice the four islands that are always visible on the horizon.
You can spot Mariscal, the next village on the right, 4 Ilhas Beach at the trail's end, and the 4 islands always present on the horizon.
I was mesmerized by the greenery that envelops the reliefs all around. Being surrothended by a crystal-clear water of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as an unspoiled Atlantic Forest that has been conserved.
Was great to see the blue ocean and spot some turtles. Turtles, dolphins, and even penguins are common sightings in the area. Two different people told me they saw dolphins and penguins there, which I believe to be true and not a fisherman's story.
Some beaches on the south coast are also on the whale trail, but not there; they pass much further out into the open sea, possibly behind the Arvoredo archipelago.
I didn't encounter any dangerous animals this time, but I noticed some interesting vegetation, huge mosquitos, and a lovely butterfly.
Also, I heard an eagle calling and saw it on the top of a tree near the end of the trail. Could. At the end of the video, capture her flying. Her voice is very strong, and I recall hearing it all over the trail.
The trail is surrounded by cliffs that work as natural viewpoints to enjoy beautiful seascapes from the Atlantic Ocean with it's blue water.
Tainha fishing here is very famous and done in a sustainable and artisanal way, where practically everyone in the city participates and helps each other with Tainhas fishing.
The next picture shows the left side of the 4 ilhas beach which is more populated with houses, bars, restaurants, a camping area, and where the fishermen's boats are located.
After spending some time appreciating the ocean I walk by the beach and found a big decomposing broken plastic bucket and decided to clean the beach, story is going to tell in my next post.
4Ilhas is an immaculate beach with almost no garbage, but when we look closely, we find plastic everywhere. Looks like We are not concerned about how much plastic is destroying our planet.

20 Fotos Escolhidas da Minha Caminhada na Trilha das 4Ilhas
Convido você a me acompanhar em mais um caminho na região da praia de 4 Ilhas de Bombinhas, que oferece várias paisagens marinhas e nossa natureza incrível. Bombinhas é um lugar rico em trilhas, natureza e atividades ao ar livre.
A Praia de Quatro Ilhas é ideal para quem gosta de natureza e aventura.
Além da beleza natural que compõe a paisagem, há trilhas nos dois lados da praia.
Este está localizado no lado direito. Você pode começar na praia ou na rua sem saída mostrada no mapa. A trilha não é mostrada no mapa, mas existe.
Esta trilha é muito fácil de completar, mas sempre tome cuidado com os animais peçonhentos, mantenha-se na pista e mantenha os olhos abertos para detectar cobras ou aranhas. Esta região está cheia de vida selvagem.
Não se esqueça de trazer apenas lembranças e fotos. Basta queimar calorias sem pisar na vegetação. É ilegal acampar e fazer fogueiras lá.
Depois de um tempo de caminhada pela selva, você chegará a um campo aberto e começará a subir até a costa do penhasco.
É incrível como você pode ouvir as ondas batendo no penhasco lá de cima. Inesquecível.
Durante sua caminhada, você encontrará muitas oportunidades para ver o oceano e observar as quatro ilhas que estão sempre visíveis no horizonte.
Poderá ainda avistar Mariscal, a aldeia mais próxima à direita, e a Praia de 4 ilhas no final da trilha e as 4 ilhas sempre presentes no horizonte.
Fiquei encantado com a vegetação que envolve os relevos ao redor. Estar cercado por uma água cristalina do Oceano Atlântico, além de uma Mata Atlântica intocada que foi conservada.
Foi incrível ver o oceano azul e avistar algumas tartarugas. Tartarugas, golfinhos e até pinguins são avistamentos comuns na área. Duas pessoas diferentes me disseram que viram golfinhos e pinguins lá, o que acredito ser verdade e não uma história de pescador.
Algumas praias da costa sul também estão na rota das baleias, mas não ali; eles passam muito mais longe no mar aberto, possivelmente atrás do arquipélago do Arvoredo.
Não encontrei nenhum animal perigoso dessa vez, mas notei uma vegetação interessante, mosquitos enormes e uma linda borboleta.
Além disso, ouvi uma águia chamando e a vi no topo de uma árvore perto do final da trilha. Poderia. No final do vídeo, capture-a voando. Sua voz é muito forte, e me lembro de ouvi-la em toda a trilha.
Depois de passar algum tempo apreciando o mar, caminhei pela praia e encontrei um grande balde de plástico quebrado em decomposição e decidi limpar a praia, história que vou contar no meu próximo post.
4Ilhas é uma praia muito limpa e quase sem lixo, mas quando olhamos de perto, encontramos plástico por toda parte. Parece que não estamos preocupados com a quantidade de plástico que está destruindo nosso planet.
