¿Qué pienso de las Autoevaluaciones? | What do I think of the Self-Assessments?
Primero que todo, y antes de responder la pregunta, quiero contarles que, si analizamos esta pregunta, esta hace que pensemos en nosotros mismos, nos impulsa a hacer un diagnostico. Y este puede resultar beneficioso y aportar información útil que finalmente nos puede servir para encontrar los posibles errores en nuestro comportamiento y personalidad.
First of all, and before answering the question, I want to tell you that, if we analyze this question, it makes us think about ourselves, it pushes us to make a diagnosis. And this can be beneficial and provide useful information that can finally help us to find the possible errors in our behavior and personality.
Y no soy psicóloga para plantearles esto, aunque me encanta la psicología, pero de mi carrera aprendí que las autoevaluaciones nos ayudan a detectar errores en los procesos, imperfecciones en los productos, desperdicios, entre otros, pero las autoevaluaciones también nos permiten, a partir del reconocimiento de las fortalezas y debilidades, plantear estrategias y acciones que nos ayuden a ser más eficientes, eficaces y efectivos. Y como consecuencia esto conlleva al logro de las metas y objetivos y a progresar. Y pienso que de igual forma como se aplica a las empresas, también se puede aplicar a nuestra vida.
And I am not a psychologist to tell you this, although I love psychology, but from my career I learned that self-evaluations help us to detect errors in processes, imperfections in products, waste, among others, but self-evaluations also allow us, from the recognition of strengths and weaknesses, to propose strategies and actions that help us to be more efficient, effective and effective. As a consequence, this leads to the achievement of goals and objectives and to progress. And I think that just as it applies to companies, it can also be applied to our lives.
Si te miras en el espejo ahora mismo ¿Estás impresionado contigo mismo? | If you look in the mirror right now, are you impressed with yourself?
Ahora si, la pregunta del millón... Si me veo al espejo y pienso en todo el camino que he recorrido, todo lo que he aprendido, lo que he corregido y mejorado, me siento impresionada de mi. Me siento satisfecha de la mujer que veo en el espejo, de las heridas que he sanado, de las lecciones que la vida y mis personas cercanas me han enseñado.
Me veo al espejo y me siento feliz, pero no conforme, siento que aún tengo mucho que mejorar, muchas metas que lograr y mucho que crecer profesionalmente.
Now, the million dollar question.... If I look in the mirror and think of all the road I have traveled, all that I have learned, all that I have corrected and improved, I feel impressed with myself. I feel satisfied with the woman I see in the mirror, the wounds I have healed, the lessons that life and my close people have taught me.
I look at myself in the mirror and I feel happy, but not satisfied, I feel that I still have a lot to improve, many goals to achieve and a lot to grow professionally.

Nunca es tarde para darte cuenta que no estas haciendo las cosas bien y que puedes mejorar, mientras vivas tienes la oportunidad de despertar y hacer lo que deseas posible.
No importa si ahora no cuentas con los recursos económicos para lograr lo que deseas, tu tarea es responder esta pregunta ¿Qué voy a hacer para tenerlos?. Algunas ideas serian: buscar un aliado (socio), si tienes un oficio o conoces de un arte prestar tu servicio, educar a otros, entre otras.
Lo importante es no dejar de intentarlo.
It is never too late to realize that you are not doing things right and that you can improve, as long as you live you have the opportunity to wake up and make what you want possible.
It doesn't matter if you don't have the economic resources to achieve what you want, your task is to answer this question: What am I going to do to have them? Some ideas would be: look for an ally (partner), if you have a trade or know an art to provide your service, educate others, among others.
The important thing is not to stop trying.
