Hello Hive friends! I hope you are very well today. Welcome to my blog ❤️. Today I'm very happy because this is my last day of the fourth edition of our blogging challenge. It is always good to achieve the goals that we set ourselves, that is why after 90 blogging challenge posts I feel very good. Today, the last item that is proposed to us is to talk about phrases and words that we say in our country, in my case, Argentina 😃.
¡Hola amigos de Hive! Espero que se encuentren muy bien hoy. Bienvenidos a mi blog ❤️. Hoy estoy muy feliz porque este es mi último día de la cuarta edición de nuestro blogging challenge. Siempre es bueno alcanzar las metas que nos proponemos, es por eso que luego de 90 posts de blogging challenge me siento muy bien. En el día de hoy, el último ítem que se nos propone es hablar sobre frases y palabras que decimos en nuestro país, en mi caso, Argentina 😃.
To begin with, I think that in Argentina we speak a little differently than in other Latin American countries. We use the word "vos (you)" a lot to refer to someone, instead of "tu". So I think that when someone hears us say "vos" they already realize where we are from 😂 (although this word is also used in Uruguay).
Also another word that we use a lot is "che boludo" jahahaha. I think that with this they imitate us everywhere. This expression is friendly, and although "boludo (jerk)" is an insult, if a friend or someone you trust tells you, it becomes a friendly phrase 😅. Another word we use is "pochoclos" to refer to "popcorn" or cotufas as they say in Venezuela.
Para empezar creo que en Argentina hablamos un poco diferente que en los otros países de Latinoamérica. Nosotros usamos mucho la palabra "vos" para referirnos a alguien, en lugar de "tú". Entonces creo que cuando alguien nos escucha decir "vos" ya se da cuenta de donde somos, aunque también esta palabra la usan en Uruguay 😂.
También otra palabra que usamos mucho es "che boludo" jahahaha. Creo que con esto nos imitan en cualquier lado. Esta expresión es amigable, y aunque "boludo" es un insulto, si te lo dice un amigo o alguien con quien tengas confianza, pasa a ser una frase amigable 😅. Otra palabra que usamos es "pochoclos" para referirnos a las "palomitas de maíz o cotufas como dicen en Venezuela.

The word "bondi" also comes to mind to refer to the bus. This word is in our daily vocabulary, at most we say "colectivo", but we never say bus. And since we are talking about transport, we also call our transport card "SUBE" to travel by "bondi" or other public transport. Actually, this word comes from the initials of the Unique Electronic Ticket System in spanish, but it also reminds of the verb "subir (go up)", of getting on a transport. The marketers were ingenious there 😂.
También se me viene a la mente la palabra "bondi" para referirnos al autobús. Esta palabra esta en nuestro vocabulario diario, como mucho decimos "colectivo", pero nunca decimos autobus. Y ya que estamos hablando del transporte, también llamamos "SUBE" a nuestra tarjeta para viajar en "bondi" o transporte publico. En realidad esta palabra surge de las iniciales de Sistema Único de Boleto Electrónico, pero también recuerda al verbo "subir", de subirse a un transporte. Ahí estuvieron ingeniosos los de marketing 😂.

Finally, I want to mention a word that once on Discord with people from Venezuela caused a lot of laughter and that is that I make lingerie and although I put "pantyhose / panties" in my posts, the truth is that here we call them "bombachas". Well, I once said this out loud on Discord, coupled with my "apparent Argentina tune" and pronouncing the "LL" as "SH", it was all a massive bulliyng against me (in joke of course, I think so). However, I'm proud of my wonderful panties 😂.
Finalmente, quiero mencionar una palabra que una vez en Discord con los compañeros venezolanos causó mucha risa y es que yo confecciono lencería y si bien pongo "pantys" en mis posts, la verdad es que acá las llamamos "bombachas". Bueno, una vez dije esto en voz alta en Discord, sumado a mi "aparente tonada de Argentina" y que pronunció las "LL" como "SH", todo fue un bulliyng masivo contra mí (en broma por supuesto, eso creo). Sin embargo, estoy orgullosa de mis bombachas maraviSHosas 😂.
