¡Muy buenos días! Lindas personas de la colmena este es mi día número 4 en el #Bloggingchallenge y es sobre un tema que me trae dando brincos desde hace varios años.
¡Mi trabajo soñado es atender mi cafetería!
Hace un tiempo se me metió a la cabeza esta idea y es que no ha habido algo más que la supere, supongo que la idea de tener un negocio propio y que luego quede para mi familia simplemente me encanta.
Esta cafetería tendría un concepto parecido a Starbucks, dónde no te vendería el café o los postres que se ofrezcan en él, te vendería el concepto de un espacio de reunión personalizado para cada uno de mis clientes.
El local básico consistiría en uno de un solo piso de ventanales amplios, el área principal dónde estaría el bar de café justo en el centro y al final del salón una puerta hacia un patio trasero acondicionado con mobiliaria para exteriores. Todo el espacio debe ser una zona de wifi gratis; y por supuesto que cualquier cliente podría pasar el tiempo que quisiera en el mismo.
La idea del local un poco más ambiciosa constaría de dos plantas, la planta de abajo exactamente igual a la del básico, peeero el piso de arriba tendría ventanales de vidrios ahumados, una zona un poco más privada, que va a constar con áreas a utilizar para reuniones de trabajo cortas, fiestas de cumpleaños calmadas y música en vivo.
En fin, aplicaría la estrategia de Endomarketing, que consiste básicamente en hacer de tus trabajadores tus más fieles clientes, ofreciéndoles muchos beneficios y mucha atención por parte de los encargados. Un trabajador feliz, es un cliente aún más feliz.

Good morning! Nice people from the beehive this is my day number 4 in the #Bloggingchallenge and it's about a theme that has brought me to jump for several years.
And my dream job is to run my own coffee shop!
Some time ago this idea came to my mind and there hasn't been anything else that surpasses it, I guess the idea of having my own business and then having it for my family simply loves it.
This coffee shop would have a concept similar to Starbucks, where I wouldn't sell you the coffee or the desserts that are offered in it, I would sell you the concept of a personalized meeting space for each of my clients.
The basic space would consist of a single floor space with large windows, the main area where the coffee bar would be right in the center and at the end of the room a door to a back patio equipped with outdoor furniture. The whole space should be a free wifi area; and of course any client could spend as much time as they want in it.
The idea of the slightly more ambitious premises would consist of two floors, the first floor exactly the same as the basic one, but the upper floor would have smoked glass windows, a slightly more private area, which would consist with areas to be used for short business meetings, quiet birthday parties and live music.
In short, I would apply the Endomarketing strategy, which basically consists of making your workers your most loyal customers, offering them many benefits and a lot of attention from those in charge. A happy worker is an even happier customer.
